This location is inside of the Walgreens near the pharmacy. Easy peasy check-in with the self-service kiosk. The scanner will ask for your ID and then your insurance card. It was a short 5 minute wait before I was called. The phlebotomist asked for my insurance card again and said that it couldn't be verified? In addition, she said the insurance would be billed, and whatever wasn't covered, a credit card would be needed to cover the difference? I needed the blood work done so I didn't push back. The phlebotomist was very polite and expertly drew my blood with ease. I was happy considering I got stuck twice at my pcp with no blood drawn. Overall, it is very convenient and easy to use their services. I did learn that they have been in their existing location for 7 months. Will use again in the future.

The pain is so bad in my head that I'm shivering to death and there are no blankets, no pillows, no way to control the TV , and no way to control the lights. And I'm paying for this?....WoW!!! Update: Looks like they monitor their Yelp reviews though. Within a few minutes of posting review, I was taken to an exam room by the receptionist. Within 30 minutes, they responded to my review. Unfortunately, I waited another two hours to be seen by a nurse practitioner who apologized for the long wait. She was the only one on duty, no doctor, and this was on a Friday afternoon which a staff member told me tends to be very busy. So bottom line is they care more about how they look online rather than staffing for the care of their patients. I'll go to the ER if I have another worker's comp injury.
