This location is inside of the Walgreens near the pharmacy. Easy peasy check-in with the self-service kiosk. The scanner will ask for your ID and then your insurance card. It was a short 5 minute wait before I was called. The phlebotomist asked for my insurance card again and said that it couldn't be verified? In addition, she said the insurance would be billed, and whatever wasn't covered, a credit card would be needed to cover the difference? I needed the blood work done so I didn't push back. The phlebotomist was very polite and expertly drew my blood with ease. I was happy considering I got stuck twice at my pcp with no blood drawn. Overall, it is very convenient and easy to use their services. I did learn that they have been in their existing location for 7 months. Will use again in the future.

I understand the purpose behind them and I know normally it is for something majorly important. But to have to go through the uncomfortableness of being watched and to deal with the staff who are so hateful or irrated about any questions you might have.PLus the cost of theses darnn things have been as high as $190 for my paticular required test. Until I stumbled upon these guys, polite, helpful; and even working late just to help me and only charging 1/4 of the other guys charge, and when I walked out I felt like I still had some dignity. shouit out to Devonda Wallace .

The night was really busy but I was constantly checked on, offered snacks and beverages and amazing care. Dr. Dean Moore was amazing and I can't remember the African-American nurse practitioners name but she was so gentle and informative! They made sure that I had my doctors note for work and even gave me copies of my x-rays on CD-Rom. Personalized care for sure. 10/10 would recommend!
