Amazing staff and showed a lot of concern for my son's infected spider bite. It is now completely healed.

I recently had another pleasure of receiving expert guidance by Sunij Abraham. This time I walked in having a difficult time breathing due to what i believed was an asthma attack. The staff is always nice but the facility itself isnt the best equipped with the latest medical technology. Nevertheless, after a short wait i was soon in the exam room which gave me great peace of mind. Mr Abraham who quickly assessed my breathing, administered treatment with a mix of medication. He said this wasnt a simple asthma attack but closer to bronchitis causing my labored breathing. Throughout my visit, he went above and beyond to ensure that I was receiving the best possible care demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy. After my visit, I felt so much better and so blessed to be able to take a deep breath. However, I truly appreciated his care and concern for my well being a few days later recieving a call from Mr Abraham, asking how i felt, and that he was following up making sure i was taking my medications properly to ensure a full recovery. I was able to get in right away. Very easy process. All my paperwork was done from my phone. Dr Davis has excellent bedside manners and was able to get me seen and out in no time. I was honestly shocked that 3 days later this location called to check on me to see how I was feeling. I will be using this location in the near future. read more

They are terrible. I took my daughter with a fever and vomiting and the two young nurses at the register did not even get up from their chair. they just said go to the emergency. My daughter did not need to go to the emergency. she needed treatment for her ear infection. read more

It was easy to make appointment and to submit insurance information online. Sign in was easy and waiting was under 30 minutes. Staff were all friendly and competent. Very good experience. Definitely recommend this clinic. read more

Have came here for over 3 years, they're one of the few that accept Texas children's. They're also one of the few in the area that open early. The doctor is cool, visits are quick. Nurses are fast and straight to the point. Never had an issue here. Will continue to come back. read more

this was by far one of tbe best irgent care places ive been too. from the front receptionist to the back staff meaning nurses and docs. everything about it was timely. they were very nice. the area was clean would recommend this place to anyone. i just went in for an ear issue and came out with a diagnosis. thank you all for what you do!!! read more

I had to bring my daughter urgently to be seen , due to a UTI , the doctor and front desk lady where very nice and patient . We didn't have to wait long to be seen and I will be coming back for any other emergencies read more

Came in early and set an appointment for later the same day, after coming back and being checked I waited for over and hour in a waiting room to be told I need antibiotics and to go back to the front, a waste of half a day and will not be coming back here, multiple people who came in after were seen before me as well read more

Husband went to this location to get a Covid test. They charged him $125 at the time of his visit. Then we get a bill for over $400!! WHAT IN THE WORLD????? Over $500 for a Covid test?? Nothing like crooks to take your money! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! read more

Came across this location on my insurance website. I was looking for a urgent care that offered X-ray services since my son injured his finger. I was able to make his appointment online for that day. We are very pleased with this location. Doctor and staff were all friendly. Visit, X-ray and splint done in a timely manner. Will definitely use NextCare again. read more

I absolutely love coming in here, I've been coming here since I was in elementary school and they always token care of me when I felt my lowest. Brought my daughter today and they took her in right away. Totally recommend this place if you are wanting to just go in and out. read more

Horrible. Went in for a COVID test for my job. Visit was pleasing and staff were nice. Paid my $125 bill for the test. 6weeks later i get a bill with a remaining balance for $410 !!!! $535 for a walk in and walk out COVID test!!!!! Never go back. Can not afford the hidden fees. read more

Brought my daughter in today for UTI we were the only ones in the clinic for about 10 min until someone else came in. They possibly had an appointment. They were in and out before we were seen. My daughter crying because she was in so much pain. Then finally after over an hour wait we went to the back. The MA was extremely rude and i truly wanted to leave. Had my daughter not been in so much pain i would have! However the doctor was really sweet and a happy woman who made up for her rude MA, however i will not return to this location. The MA, Nurse and receptionist should Always be be courteous it says a lot about the practice. read more

I honestly wish I could not give a star at all and just inform you how this place refused to provide Health care to an toddler because she wouldn't wear a mask. Mind you, I said toddler she is 22months old . Couldn't breath was congested and irritable from being up all night night. As I walked in the clinic before I could even get any information out. I was interrupted from what I was trying to inform him what was wrong with my child. So he could tell me if she didn't have a mask he would provide one (again 22 months old), I said that was fine but she wouldn't be able to wear one as what was currently going on with her. I the parent had a mask and there was no one else here at this time just me, my daughter and him. He was very persistent that she wear a mask and told me well she wouldn't be able to be in building if she didn't have a mask on. I said really by law the age requires to wear a mask is 10years and older. He said I don't know what to tell you ma'am , that's what we go by here. The least to say I think he was just lazy and being rude because it was almost closing time. If you don't want to help people choose another career. If that's the way this facility is operated this is very Unwelcoming to new patients and very irresponsible period. This matter needs to be addressed and have consequences following his actions. To refuse healthcare to a child who was the only patient in the building! I will be contacting higher up and I've also contacted corporate this is very upsetting and not the way to handle situations or to refuse health care. read more

My son has bilateral ear pain. We went in and saw Dr. Rochon A. Singleton. He was so good with my two year old. Normally he screams and kicks but he knew just how to befriend him. Really happy with how quickly we were done to. Probably spent less than 45 min. Definitely love this place. read more

Recently went to NextCare Urgent Care for a foot injury and let me tell ya, Dr. Ray Clinton & Isreal were OUTSTANDING. They were calm, friendly, efficient, and took the time to communicate with me every step of the procedure and treatment. EXCELLENT staff. The place was quiet, clean, and moved fast. People were seen at a timely manner and I was in and out with ease and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this place, and while I hope I don't have an accident again, I feel confident where to go next time something happens. read more

I came to NextCare because I was miserably sick, and it was covered by my insurance. The 4.7 review convinced me to go, and honestly, I have no regrets. We got there a little after 7. It was quiet and clean. They were working with a skeleton crew and had a lot of patients to see, myself included. Israel was, hands down, amazing. He was sympathetic to my plight and made me feel comfortable and at ease despite how ill I felt. Despite the fact that it was busy, both Israel and Rochon A. Singleton made me feel cared for. They had spectacular bedside manner especially since it was near close to closing, and they still had patients to take care of. I highly recommend them! This office recently changed their name but still same front desk lady who seems bothered by any questions you may have for her. After scheduling an online appointment for x-ray on a shoulder it seemed that the would be ok. We came in filled out paperwork and were called in by 6. Once we started talking to the nurse and explaining why we needed the X-ray which no one asked us until the nurse was curious why we needed them done. Front desk lady jumped up and came to su she was unaware that we had a Dr's order for the x-ray needed and they couldn't not accept other orders that are not their Dr. very disappointing with there service. I suggest to go elsewhere and avoid the headache. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! First let me start by saying I created an account just to comment and share my story so other people will not go here! Due to my insurance, this was the only urgent care near me that was covered, so I had to go here. I had been experiencing severe headaches and dizziness for over 12 hours and decided it was time to go seek help. The wait wasn't too bad, but I had the worst experience with Dr. Li Liunan. The nurse took my vitals and then they put me in the room. My symptoms began with vomiting and as soon as I said that he said I had a stomach virus. I explained the vomiting had stopped and I was left with headache and dizziness and he was still talking about stomach issues. He didn't even check me or anything. Now I get a bill from this place that I have to pay for an office visit where the doctor didn't even check anything on me! He gets paid all this money for doing nothing and I don't want him to get a cent of it! He finally said they wouldn't be able to do anything for me and I had to go to an actual emergency room. I have told everyone I know not to go here and will continue to do so until this issue gets resolved. I would rather not go or pay somewhere out of pocket then go here again. read more
