I finally believed on of my guys and he actually even showed me a video of how they treat people. This office makes it seem like we need them. I went to this location for a DOT physical and drug test, it was recommended by the employer that I…read morewas dealing with. I came in at 8am on a Thursday morning, sat for 20 minutes (I was the first person through the door) only to be told that they didn't have anyone that was DOT certified because he didn't show up to work. Their suggestion was that I could drive to their location in Katy or wait until Saturday and go to their location in Pasadena. Saturday morning, show up to their location in Pasadena, told that not only did their certified DOT physician call out, but that since my paperwork listed the location on East Freeway, they couldn't help me. I returned to this location and surprise, their DOT physician is there! So I sit for an hour before being called back. The medical assistant was awesome, she did all the tests and everything was perfect, then I had to wait for the doctor. The doctor comes into the room, accuses me of having high blood pressure (my bp was 126/80) accused me of having diabetes, asked me to "say ah" then demanded that I have an expensive sleep apnea test or he was only giving me a 3 month medical card. I've never gotten a medical card that was less than two years. When I told him that I wasn't going to take a sleep apnea test, he got really annoyed and started acting belligerent. He yelled across the lab that "this guy refuses to do what I said, he refuses to finish his physical, refund his money!" and stormed off. Super unprofessional, I highly recommend that you go somewhere else, especially if you're trying to get a DOT Physical.
