I have been to this urgent care at least three times and I can honestly say that I have never had a…read morenegative experience. My mom lives in another state, she became ill with vertigo, I took her to AFC and they took care of her. I just came from there because I needed labs but they were unable to assist me since I needed to visit Quest Diagnostics directly. The lady at the front desk was really attentive and kind in her delivery which I truly appreciated. Kindness goes a long way with me. Where I believe they can make improvements is on the aesthetics of the interior of the building and the check-in process. It seems a bit rundown since my previous visits. The torn chairs should be replaced and the usage of cell phones for instructions are unsustainable. This process should be seamless for everyone but especially for the elderly. Thank you!

One of my guys said he sat in the exam room for over an hour he would make sure they knew he was still in the exam room and front desk response were very rude. I finally believed on of my guys and he actually even showed me a video of how they treat people. This office makes it seem like we need them. Little did they know they had lost our company as patients in the feature and I will also make a comply to the board of medicine. Be blessed I hope everyone has a better day at that office!
