I made an appointment here to get a henna hair dye. Everyone was friendly and very welcoming. I normally dye my own hair with henna so this was a treat to have it done for me. I'm allergic to chemical hair dye so Henna is the way to go for me. These wonderful ladies know what their doing and my hair is shiny and soft. I normally do a two step process because I have streaks of silver and this big strip of white hair so I normally use a burgundy henna and then use a brown henna herbal mixture that helps the white blend in more, but I love the way it looks after my hair dye here and will hold off putting the brown on. I totally recommend this place. They also do nails, and facials. I'm here visiting my daughter and will come back the next time I'm in town. read more

I went there last Tuesday to get my eyebrows done then they talked me into getting my full face Waxed. On my way home, my face started to feel Warm and tingly and when I got home and looked at the mirror, my whole face was very red and bumpy. I washed my face with cold water to get rid of the warm feeling and still the same. I applied Nevis cooling cream and the warm feeling started to subside. The next day , my face hurts and when I looked at the mirror, part of my face is burned. I went back to the place to let the lady know and all she said was" I guess you have a sensitive face" and offered me a $5 off my next visit. I moved to San Ramon a few months ago, I drove past her shop while taking my husband to Bart Station, I decided to stop in and give it a try, and after trying a couple of different shops, I am happy to say I have finally found my spot. Anu was the first to ask me how I like my eyebrows to look; thin, medium or thick. She explained the importance of holding your brows while she threads, the farther apart the less the pain. It worked! Her detail to work is impeccable to your eyebrow shape. After she finished she then massaged my forehead and brows with cooling gel...Super Relaxing!!! My eyebrows look GREAT!! I just moved to Dublin and I was looking for a new haven and I think I found it. I got wax, threading and facial services. Monica was really great. She has a very light touch perfect for threading. Also met the owner Anu who's great. Very experienced hand for waxing. It was a pain free experience! Loved her homemade turmeric based and chocolate wax as well. Great for the skin. She was very appreciative and encouraging to her team. A good boss makes for a happy team and ultimately a great service! It was the right amount of friendly and professional. I found this place pricey and they did not do a good job with my eyebrows... one side was out of shape and the lady refused to accept her mistake and was trying to convince me that it was good.. I guess they should start listening to their customers!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! This place is a complete waste of time and money.. they did a pathetic work on my eyebrows and also did a really bad facial.. I could clearly see all my blackheads as is, after my facial. On top of that they are hell expensive and expect us to pay separate 15% tip for every person in the salon that provided service to us on that day.. ie.. Went to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time - Sangeeta did an amazing job, and really took her time to make sure my eyebrows were threaded thoroughly and were even. The manager at the front desk checked my eyebrows to make sure they were done properly - a practice I really wish all salons would follow. Will definitely return. Also a good price. I believe $8 for threading, but it was $7 for first time customers. read more

Overall it was a good parlor but didnt stand out for me. It seems like it hasn't been long since it has opened, so it seems a bit "unfinished" and doesn't have much choices.
