I'll keep it short- Dave Mann is the man!! I recently had a leak on my 2nd floor for which we did…read morenot know the cause. On the initial consult, Dave came by and watered down various areas surrounding the leak to try and determine where the leak was coming from. Although the exact cause wasn't determined, he recommended coming back to take out some stucco and further investigate. He assured me that he would be able to fix the problem, and he did! Upon bringing his guys and removing some stucco, he determined that the problem was around the nail of my expansion joint. He was able to fix the problem and now.... no more leak!!!! So thankful I found this guy after going through a few others initially... Dave was able to give me a reasonable estimate on Day 1, and was super responsive whenever I called/texted him. He is extremely friendly, and was able to give me updates during the job to actually show me what was being worked on. He and his team cleaned up well, and were really a pleasure to work with. We also needed someone to paint the entire house, including the eaves, wood windows, trim, and exterior doors. As the project progressed, we also added on removing a window, re-siding the back of our house (a long wall without stucco), installing a new back door, and replacing our old garage door with a brand new one. Through all these changes, Daniel and sons rolled with the punches and delivered an absolutely gorgeous end product. They even consulted on paint colors, and I could not be more satisfied with the results. As a bonus, Daniel and his sons are just the nicest people you'll meet (and you will meet ALL four sons).
