The inside is great, nice collectibles and antiques around the place. What I wasn't a fan of was the ladies at the register. When I went to check out, I was talked to like a child. Beforehand, you could hear them gossiping behind the desk. It just made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was a first-time visit, but due to the fact that I felt treated in a different social class, I likely wouldn't come back. read more

I paid $35 for a small glass pitcher that was described as uranium glass on the price tag. It was not. As all sales are final, they offered me nothing other than they would talk to the vendor. Do not buy from vendor 132. Fraudulent and dishonest. read more

The merchandise is garbage and way over priced. As we were leaving, a man walked in without a mask. The employee who was cashiering asked if he could put on a mask. He refused and rudely informed us all that he was the owner and HE was not going to wear a mask. Mask or not, we won't be back. The owner behaved like a spoiled child. Stoped by the shop to buy by son his 1st record player on a Saturday. Found a unit and asked the counter if they could test it. They said they could not test the unit but vouched that it worked and would be happy to refund if the unit was not working as long as it was retuned by the following Tuesday. Sure enough the unit did not work even tested it on 2 different receivers. When my son and I walked it Tuesday to return the unit the first thing I noticed was the change in the cashiers demeanor. There was no longer any warm greeting or playful conversation. The attendant was immediately upset at seeing our return. I explained the issue and the attendant took the turntable behind the counter (which is also behind plexiglass) broke a piece as she was handling the unit in frustration and asked for a receipt. A receipt that was never issued hence my request to test the unit. But because of the price and the insistence that there would be no issue with a return (not to mention my son's excitement) I decided to purchase. At this point not only did they not honor their word for the return which I asked could be in exchange for store credit, but the attendant with a wry smile also refused to give back the turntable from behind the plexiglass. I can only assume that this is a general practice for the store and urge any consumer to beware the deceptive store. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office. Buyer Beware! read more

One of the nicest antique malls in town. The vendors have been there an average of many years, the quality of the merchandise is good, and it's clean and bright. Much nicer than some of the other antique malls around. Great variety of funky fun stuff to pore over. read more

This store was really quite interesting, although very overpriced. The owner of the store seems to not care about the well beings of his customers, as he refused to enter the establishment with a mask; using his vaccination as an excuse to not follow the very guidelines he made. He then proceeded to treat his customers like trash. I will not be spending my money here, nor am I ever coming back. read more

I saw online that they deal in the type of collectables that was left to me from my parents who used to have an antique business in several parts of Texas. They dealt mostly in Wedgwood, Fenton, Lladro, Chokin, among other quality glassware, china. I have no use for many of the items left to me and no one to leave it to when I pass. So I called to see if they, or if they knew where I could take my things to sell. The woman who answered "Peggy", was very short,rude, and irritated as if she hated answering the phone at all, much less wanting someone to ask her a question. She assumed I had "kitchen items, plates" that I don't have. I don't think she knew what Wedgwood, Fenton, Lladro was. Well I've never been in there, and now definitely won't ever set foot in there. It's sad that one persons lack of friendliness can ruin any business that other venders might have gotten. read more

I bought 3 brand name vintage pieces. The woman who did the refinishing on the furniture gave me a huge spiel about how special one of the pieces was...how unique. When I got home I noticed that the piece she was going on about is a piece of garbage, and not the vintage piece she claimed it to be. I immediately went back to Antiques & Things for resolution. The refinishing lady changed her story to how she had warned other businesses to stay away from the dealer who had sold the booth owner the piece. I left my number in order to speak to the booth owner. I followed up on that call the next week. The booth owner ignored my calls... My advice: Know your vintage. Look for stamps. Don't listen to the people who work there. I like 2 of the 3 pieces I got, so that's why I'm giving them 2 stars, but they were less than forthright. Both the booth owner and furniture refinisher sold the piece to me under false pretense, or were vastly ignorant of vintage furniture themselves. Nice selection in the store, just try to be 1 step ahead of the hucksters. read more
