I would not recommend especially for renting a suit. The salesman assisting my husband and me was…read moreincredibly rude and came across as very pretentious. Since we had never rented a suit before, we had a lot of questions about the fit and what adjustments could be made. Every time I asked, he dismissively responded with, "It's a rental," without offering any real explanation or help. We went in already aware that my husband's build (muscular with a smaller waist) might make renting difficult, and we were open to purchasing a suit for a better fit. However, due to how uncomfortable and unwelcome the experience felt, we just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. We also felt like we were treated as less important simply because we were renting instead of buying. Instead of feeling confident in our choice, we ended up settling for a rental that doesn't fit well at all. Overall, we're extremely disappointed with the experience. If it weren't for the strict dress code for the groomsmen, we absolutely would have taken our business elsewhere.

Well where do I even start ... There is so many things I can…read moresay about my most amazing experiences I had with ann Matthew's bridal. From the staff to the service all the up to the dresses. Id give ZERO stars if I was able. What started as a great experience with Shelly, turned into a…read morenightmare!! I cannot recommend Ann Matthews Bridal based on my experience. The in-house alterations on my wedding dress were poorly done, including an uneven illusion neckline, white thread on nude mesh, and jagged stitching. When I raised my concerns and requested a partial refund because I no longer trusted the alterations, I expected professionalism. Instead, the OWNER told me I was a "HORRIBLE person" for letting her know I'd post a review and pictures of their quality of work. She also stated that she "didn't earn a dime" from me because I purchased my dress on sale, so she didn't care if I was an upset customer. Whether a dress is purchased on sale or at full price should never determine how a customer is treated. The poor workmanship was disappointing, but the owner's response and customer service were far worse. I ultimately had to pay someone else to repair the dress before my wedding. I expect businesses to stand behind their work and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, that was FAR from my experience at Ann Matthews Bridal.
