If I was rich, I would come here every single day for the Garlic Chicken Plate. I've come here several times already but my first time writing a review for it. The food hits every single time and tastes so good. Their mac salad is also to die for, seriously. Their service is also excellent and the people there are pretty cool. Super happy we came here to try a local hawaiian business. Everything on the menu looked delicious. They have a huge variety of stuff including garlic shrimp, beef, loco moco, fries, etc. We ended up getting the mini garlic chicken plate. It was perfect for the 2 of us for a light lunch. It came with mac salad, rice, crispy garlic chicken, and some cabbage on the bottom. The flavor was really tasty and little sweet. Service was friendly. I thought the prices were a little high for some items. They were about $20 each for the bigger plates. Our mini plate was $12 and still a good amount of food. Found this place on Instagram and have been wanting to try out the food. Originally from Hawaii so I love to support local businesses here in LV. I had the fried noodles and garlic chicken and it was soooo ONO (delicious) the sauce on the chicken was so delicious the chicken was crunchy yet soft and garlicky the fried noodles had onion in it which is different for me but still ONO! I also had the salmon bombs and it was bomb. I did try to order ahead as I was on lunch break and no one answered but when I got to restaurant they weren't busy and was able to take my order and I was out the door in about 15/20 mins. Can't remember the last time I ate a Spicy Ahi Bomb since moving from HI to NV! Stopped in to pick up lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. It's located near Southern Hills Hospital with lots of parking options. There was a good amount of people dining in. The garlic shrimp was recommended to me by a friend. Service was quick! I really wanted to like this as I love poke and have heard nothing but good things. The flavor of my salmon poke bowl was good and the rice had a nice texture. I found the price to be much more expensive than other places with more offerings. Perhaps this isn't their best item because my tuna was warm. There was not a difference in temperature that is typical within poke bowls. To be honest, this kinda freaked me out. The service was friendly and verified answers to all my questions. One thing I noticed though was they had three menus with two different prices making it confusing to know how much you would end up paying. I stumbled upon Antidote ( @antidotelv ) after the Iron Church, and feasted on their Spicy Salmon Bombs ( Spicy Salmon Poke, Inari Tofu Pockets Stuffed with Rice, Sweet Soy Reduction, Crispy Onions, Green Onions, Furikake ) and the Ribeye Plate ( 12-14 oz Ribeye Steak, Steamed Rice, Mac Salad, Ginger Garlic Soy, Sautéed Onions, Crispy Onions, Green Onions ). It was enough for two days. Overall I have to say those bombs were the best I've had so far in town. The food was super fresh, fast service, and beyond flavorful. Highly recommended. P.S. Garlic Chicken Plate - perfect amount of crispiness and the garlic was not too overpowering. Fried Noodles - good flavor, noodles were not soggy and they give a generous portion. However, the bottom of the plate had quite a bit of oil that wasn't drained. Poke Nachos: always a good choice, but I wish they would give you more of the wonton chips! We mostly take our food to go, but they do have several tables in the restaurant. My only issue was the guy who was at the register. I could be wrong, but he didn't seem like he was from Hawaii. Anyway, he totally misunderstood our order. I wanted the Fried Noodles with garlic chicken added in, but he entered it in as the Bacon Fried Rice and a Garlic Chicken plate. Good thing we were able to confirm the order on their screen and correct it! After seeing this spot on social media I told myself I was going to pop in during my next trip to Vegas. As I walked in it was pretty slow and the guys working there were chilling. They immediately greeted me and offered me menus to look over. I opted to go with the bacon fried rice topped with ribeye. The food took a minute to come out so as I waited the guys invited me to play some Netflix game they were playing, super fun vibes. My food finally came out and it was definitely worth the wait. They consistently deliver great portions, quality ingredients, and awesome vibes. The staff always bring great energy, and I've also recommended this place to many friends and family who have also had good experiences. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, the steak (ribeye plate) was extremely chewy -- to the point that my friend and I weren't able to finish it. I'm hoping this was just a one-time issue, as I've never had this experience before. Everything else we ordered, especially the spicy salmon bombs, was absolutely delicious. We spent around $150 for the table, which felt fair for the amount and variety of food. It was just really disappointing that we weren't able to eat the steak, especially since I had recommended it to friends. Main downer was their price, as it's pretty pricey relative to the portions at baseline (especially for Hawaiian food standards), and the additional premium they charge on their items on delivery apps far exceeds the upcharge at most other restaurants. Husband and I got take out. Spent $80 with tip. Super exited to come back since the food truck was amazing. But I was very disappointed. Pork was over cooked and extremely hard to chew. It was hard as a rock!!! The fact you are selling this to your customers is really disappointing. You can clearly see that it's not good quality. Fried noodles weren't bad. Started off as a food truck and soon turned into a shop which has been such a lovely transition. Good for my wallet- sad for me. The service is always amazing. And the ambiance of the store is very welcoming Previously visited then when they were stationed in North Las Vegas at Aliante. The food is consistent and delish. The knock of the star is truly just price point. Prices are fairly high which is the only downside and why I can't do it every day as I please. The fried rice is nice and buttery and pairs the best with ribeye and onions. The noodles are delish and I loved the fishcakes on the side since my husband dislikes them. My favorite meat has to be the chicken with awesome sauces. The fries are thin, but get soggy pretty fast. But still good. Tried it with the pork and that adds a nice bite.
