I can't say enough good things about Tampa Bay Pest Pros and the way they took care of my mom…read more My mom is in her 70s and lives by herself, so I wanted to make sure she was dealing with a company that was honest, professional and trustworthy. We received multiple quotes from other pest control companies and unfortunately, some of the pricing we were given made it feel like certain companies were trying to take advantage of an elderly woman who may not know what the service should reasonably cost. That was NOT the experience with Tampa Bay Pest Pros. Their pricing was extremely fair and reasonable, essentially about half of what some of the other companies were quoting without sacrificing the quality of service whatsoever. More importantly, my mom had nothing but great things to say about the entire team. She said Luis and Brian were very professional, kind, helpful, respectful and treated her like family. As her son, that means a lot to me. Knowing she was in good hands with people who were focused on actually helping her rather than trying to take advantage of her. It's refreshing to find a locally operated company that combines great service, fair pricing and integrity. Thank you to everyone at Tampa Bay Pest Pros for taking such great care of my mom. You've definitely earned our trust and our recommendation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and dependable pest control company in the Tampa Bay area.

I said, "I have a pest control service", but had wondered about the wasps and carried wasp spray outside all the time. I'm angry; since my husband died suddenly, I've had so much to do. I thought that Orkin was a reputable company that would be able to do their job without supervision. Instead, they've taken advantage of me. I'm going to see if there's a state agency that I can report them to. Here I am, an older woman and woman who has major health issues; what a great person to take advantage of. I even reported this to a woman who called to confirm an appointment (which I cancelled!) She said her manager would call me today! He never called!! Scam from a major company!
