She explained that the dye they use doesn't stain skin only the hairs you have. I was fine with that. I liked my brows when I left my appointment. On 9/27/23 I noticed that my brows were basically back to the original color they were to begin with. I called and spoke to Barb. I told her what happened and she informed me they don't do refunds. She asked me to send her pictures and I did. She told me they looked fine and the dye just dyes that hairs. I told her I was going to leave a review about my experience.
