I called on a Tuesday afternoon on the off chance that she was still accepting walk-ins for the day. I'm so grateful that she ended up having space available, because this is my favorite haircut and experience of my life. She understood exactly what I wanted based on my picture of Jenny Ortega sporting shaggy layers. She encouraged me that I had more curls than I knew (versus other hairstylists have often doubted me so I started calling my hair wavy). She is positive and affirming when chatting with customers, and by the end, I had made a new friend. Susu also took me through all of the instructions for how to keep my curls this defined, from products, to washing schedules, to how to dry hair and sleep in it overnight. She's a wonderful, professional cosmetologist who we are lucky to have in town!

My 16 year old daughter went to this "business" by herself while I was at work. She tells the gal…read moreat the front desk what she needs which is a spray tan, medium, pays.. the girl tells her to find her way down this hallway, another girl comes in puts her hair net on and starts to walk out. My daughter says, I've never done this before , I don't know what to do. Girl says, I think there's a button in there (the booth)or something and walks out. So my daughter gets in, no button, she starts waving her arms around, something finally triggers it. It starts, there's feet and numbers on the floor so she can follow along to get full coverage. She gets done, walls back up to the counter, no one to be found... as I said before, she has never done this so some after spray instructions would have been nice. My daughter leaves. She has a line across the middle of her forehead from where the cape was put on her and didn't get moved to her hair line. One arm and hand are her natural color and one arm and hand are spray tanned.... Complete waste... proms tomorrow... I believe the people working there need some training on their equipment and customer etiquette. I would have called and said all this directly to someone, but they close at 4:30. Do not recommend.

She explained that the dye they use doesn't stain skin only the hairs you have. I was fine with that. I liked my brows when I left my appointment. On 9/27/23 I noticed that my brows were basically back to the original color they were to begin with. I called and spoke to Barb. I told her what happened and she informed me they don't do refunds. She asked me to send her pictures and I did. She told me they looked fine and the dye just dyes that hairs. I told her I was going to leave a review about my experience. She then told me she keeps and "atty" on retainer and I could be looking at a defamation law suit. So here I am expressing my opinion on my service :-/
