She didn't offer to help resolve my issue and was completely rude. When I told her I hope the cost of the sweater was worth a customer she guffawed and shrugged her shoulder. The selection is nice but this type of treatment isn't worth it. There are many other boutiques with great selection at these prices with much better service and who don't have snotty clerks to insult you.

I was there for less than 10 minutes and she went into the back before I left. The store gives off a classy aesthetic and I did intend to buy a pair of earrings but the customer service contradicted that classy atmosphere.

Posh Bridal recommended we get our bridesmaid dress from The Social Room, so that is why we decided to try it out. From the moment we walked in, the place was chaotic with only two staff working. We felt rushed with very little help from staff. Received the dress one month before the wedding and it was WAY too small. The staff member who sized me for the dress, recommended the size ordered. The Social Room in no way will help with any kind of situation like this. Basically told me "it's too bad, you signed the paper work." Also, a family friend who is a seamstress, offered to help fix the dress. She stated taking out the hemming could potentially ruin the structure of the dress and it would be difficult to do so. The seamstress could not believe how far off the sizing was because the dress fit her daughter who is 3 sizes smaller than me. Not only am I scrambling to find a new dress one month before the wedding but I just spent a great deal of money on something that does not fit. Terrible customer service and would not recommend.

Maybe due to cut or brand, so I just went with it. Tried the jacket on and took a look in the mirror - pretty good fit and quality. When the salesman asked if I'd try on the pants, however, I let him know I was more curious about the jacket fit and was just looking for the moment. Never saw him again - he straight abandoned, disappeared and never returned for the jacket or to help look for other styles. I suspect he didn't expect a sale and utterly left without a word. Rude and snooty aren't descriptions I'd normally use in a nice place like Plymouth but the treatment stank of elitism. Great quality and products, not impressed with some of the staff so far.

My first visit I found a fabulous pair of Rock and Republic skinnies and a Vince blouse amongst all the great stuff while my items were being scoped out. They send the checks out of state to me at my permanent residence, and when I misplaced two, I called and they actually were kind enough to go through, figure out which ones had not been cashed, and send out some more! That is amazing service. My things all sold for decent money, and as a buyer and consignor I would say its a great deal for everyone involved. :)

She was so intrusive she stayed between me and my daughter! I finally stopped shopping and sat on a bench to try to calm her down, waiting while my daughter finished trying on her clothes. She kept rushing into the dressing room, obviously she was accusing us of shoplifting. I was so disappointed because my daughter was visiting from another state and it highly upset her (for hours). It was dispicable behavior for such a seemingly nice location. Get cameras if you need them, or sell the business if you are that anxious; but please don't behave in this completely unhinged aggressive way toward people who simply don't look like you. I can only hope this isn't the owner...
