Rubbery Chicken Parm hero and tough garlic knots. The calzone is missing.
    Nicole C.

Thought we'd try a new place that's nearby. We ordered from Anthony's for delivery through the Slice app. We ordered a Chicken Parm Hero, garlic knots, and a calzone. They completely left out the calzone and only delivered the Chicken Parm hero and the garlic knots. The hero was rubbery and tasted like it was two days old and the knots were tough like badly made bagels. Who knows what that calzone would have been like! Support for the Slice app wasn't helpful at all. They couldn't get the missing food delivered and I don't have confidence that I'll ever get a refund for the missing item. I won't be ordering from the app again, which is too bad because it seemed like a good place to order from local pizza joints.

Wish we lived closer, as we could see coming here once a week! Stopped by while we were in town and needed a quick bite near where we were stopping in Altamonte Springs. Ordered Margherita pizza and a pepperoni. Yum! Crust was great, nice balance of crisp and chew. My dad had a Philly Cheesteak and fries and ate the whole thing. The bread had an awesome bake on it. Garlic knots were good too. My son's kids fettuccine Alfredo was a huge portion. The ambiance is adorable with perfect Italian music playing. Clean place you can see had a lot of love put into it. Attentive friendly staff! Highly recommend.

This cutesy, little pizza restaurant is nestled right in between the mall and Whole Foods Market in Uptown Altamonte. My friends and I typically come here for dinner-and-movie night. It's a much cheaper way to see a movie on a full stomach and not waste money on overpriced snacks. And we love it here. The atmosphere is red-bricked and looks like your typical Italian restaurant with all the historic pictures and paintings scattered around the walls. But the pizzas here are tasty and can be ordered by-the-slice or as a pie. And who doesn't love a nice side salad or cup of soup? All of them, which I've had in the past here, are also very good. The staff is always friendly to us and then there's the AMC Theater just over by the mall or the local dollar theater across the street. The only thing is that it can be hard to find. Just look out for Jason's Deli if getting lost because it's just beside it...

19 years been eating here. Never, ever have I been disappointed. Best pizza in Florida. Their Garlic Knots are best I've ever had. Love the Sicilian. Decent prices. They are a full Italian Restaurant and make everything there. Wonderful environment. Incredible cooks. Nothing in this state is better. A must try. Recently got for co workers and they all loved it.

Food was delicious and the staff was so friendly and they make their own bread! I was surprised so few people were there; definitely a hidden gem.

    Definitely NOT a pizza!!!!

Sooooooo.... I've never done this before but I moved my review rating from a 5 to a 1. I ordered a Anthony's N.Y style pizza and a Stromboli. The pizza was requested with tomatoes and basil and it arrived as a white pizza. On top of that half the pizza was sloshed to the side of the box - pic attached- and well under cooked. I called them to complain and they said their margarita style pizzas are white - well I didn't ask for a white, oily sloshed pizza. Asked for a Manager- no Manager is on duty! Friday night and no manager? I asked for a refund - sorry - call grub-hub as it's not our problem. I then said I would never eat here again and the response was - ok. Sorry to hear that. Anything else I can help with? I'm stunned!!! On top of that the Stromboli which was a veggie was 90% cheese with 10% veggies and horrible. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!! Didn't want to head out for dinner on a Monday and the family was out of town. My normal place was closed and I always heard of Anthony's so I gave it a try via GrubHub which was a first as well. Well............ So glad I did!!! I'm originally from N.Y with high Italiano food expectations. Anthony's does not disappoint even with delivery which sometimes can change the food experience. Veggie Stromboli was EXCELLENT. Beyond expectations. Caesar Salad - Excellent and they even remembered my anchovies. Bravo!!! Well done. I'll be in house to try the pie next! Saluti!!!

Stopped by here one day to pick up a quick slice of pizza. My wife and I had another appointment to get to, so we wanted something pretty quick. We stop by and we saw all the different pizzas that they had on display. The Pete's of the day was a pesto chicken pizza. So they heated up our pizza slices and we took off to our next destination. We took a few minutes to eat our pizza, I must say it was absolutely delicious. The chicken on it was very tasty, and I truly love it when I saw that all of the olive oil dripping down the side of the pizza from the pesto. Quick stop, great pizza, give it a try.

Right after reheating in the Oven..... So GOOOOOOOODDDDD! Extra cheese with peperoni

Antica Pizzeria & Market, hidden away in a shopping center between Vida Cocina Tequila and Fuji…read moreSushi (also hidden behind Twin Peaks, which unfortunately doesn't have anything to do with David Lynch), is a small, cozy Italian place with delicious dishes made with fresh, quality ingredients that's perfect for a casual date night. I'd heard this won best Altamonte Springs restaurant 2025, so we tried them out this past Saturday night. Since they're known for both pizza and pasta and we wanted to try both, we ordered the Basil Pesto pizza ($20) and the Rigatoni Alla Bolognese ($20). The Rigatoni came in a reasonable, not overly large but still filling serving that was flavorful and delicious, with a proportion of meat that was higher than the proportion of pasta, which was great. The Basil Pesto pizza was the unexpected highlight. Though it came later than the pasta, it did for good reason--it came straight from the oven, with warm, deliciously fluffy crust and *real* chunks of melted *fresh* mozzarella. The olive oil made the pizza feel light and not heavy at all, and the leftover oil served as great dip for our bread. For the money, I would've liked some light complimentary table bread while waiting for our entrees, as it took a while to deliver the food to our table, which I could tell was because this place is very popular with DoorDash and UberEats based on the steady stream of drivers in and out of the door, crowded around the pick-up area, and likely delaying our food somewhat, but this didn't detract from the cozy vibes at all, and the quality of the food more than made up for the slight delay. They're closed Sundays and Mondays and close at 9pm on the other days, so keep that in mind. There's limited seating, maybe 4-5 booths on either side and a row of tables down the middle, so keep that in mind when planning a spur of the moment visit like we did. We were asked if we had a reservation, which we didn't, but lucked out that a table had just opened up when we arrived. The menus are digital (iPads), which can be a pro or a con depending on your perspective on how long you looked at Bad Screen all day at work, but I will say the UI was very well laid out and easy to find the menu items, which is a plus. Our server was polite and attentive, making sure to ask me if I was ready for the check on my way back from the bathroom. The bathroom is an experience; you have to walk *through* the kitchen to get there (please make sure to shout "Corner!" as you pass), which adds to the vibes, and there are two, which is plenty for this size of restaurant. Saw a flyer on the bathroom wall that they've recently opened a food stall inside the Great Southern Box Company on North OBT (serving pizza only at that location), which adds to that location's great selections. Overall, this is a cozy, tucked-away Altamonte Springs gem with delicious, high-quality dishes that works well for an intimate date night and one that I'd definitely visit again.

We had the special $38 per person pre-fixed menu which had 3 courses. We were able to try so much! The gnocchi, the margarita pizza, chicken meatballs but our standout was the tomato soup. Our server Alexa K was very attentive and took such wonderful care of us. She made sure we never had to ask for anything. The restaurant itself is very small with only a few tables. If you want to go I highly recommend reservations. Once they fill getting a table could be difficult. And if you have the Toast app you can earn points for money off on your next visit. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Can't wait to return.
