From the moment I reached out, their team was courteous, timely, and communicative. They scheduled a window that fit my work and family life, and they stuck to it. The technician arrived promptly, introduced themselves professionally, and walked me through the plan for moving the doorbell wiring. What stood out most was the craftsmanship. The wiring relocation was meticulous and clean no loose wires, no exposed conductors, and no messy traces left behind. The new doorbell setup looks and works exactly as it should, with a tidy install that you can tell was done by someone who takes pride in their work. It's clear they treat electrical work as more than a job - it's a craft. Communication throughout the project was reassuring. I appreciated the proactive updates, transparent pricing, and any small questions I had being addressed promptly and clearly. It's rare to encounter a contractor who combines technical precision with excellent customer service, but Bright Spark Electric hits both marks. If you're looking for reliable, clean, and faultless electrical work, especially something as sensitive as moving wiring for a doorbell, Bright Spark Electric is a standout choice. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future electrical needs. Highly recommended.

This was the most uncomfortable experience of my life. There is nothing scarier and weirder than a…read moreman who will not take no for an answer. I was charged $2807 to replace 6 outlets. Incredibly overpriced in my opinion along with other electrician company I contacted. But honestly that wasn't the main issue. This was maybe the most annoying and oddest consultation of my life. From the very beginning I was being very clear that I only wanted my outlets replaced, nothing else. I reiterated this verbally in person. The technician, kept on trying to sell me a membership and additional services. I would say "I just want my outlets fixed" and then he would completely ignore me and go on to sell me about replacing the circuits. This happened over and over again. I would say "please I don't want this service" and then he would just go right back to other services. I actually couldn't believe what was happening. I was incredibly uncomfortable the entire time. For the 4th time, I was again very direct in not wanting any additional work. I literally said "I do not care for anything but the outlets". But he just didn't care and kept going for 15 minutes about working on my panel. Like oh my god, what is happening. It was additionally rude when I told him I was on a time crunch but then he still spent 30-40 mins creating an additional 4 quotes for the work that I insisted I didn't want. They straight up did not care about me and what I wanted. He kept saying I'm the top priority while also completely disregarding what I do not want. If a customer tells you to stop, please stop. I was incredibly upfront with the services that I wanted but this guy was on a mission to charge me $9356. I ultimately didn't continue with this company and reached out to another one who did the work for $300, which was the quote I also received from other electricians in the area. I truly do not know how they justify charging $2807 for only 6 outlets. Listen to the other reviewers. I had the same experience of the worker just looking for upgrades rather than what I called for. He spent nearly 20 minutes analyzing my electrical panels to see where he can charge me additional services after I just told him I only want the outlets. Stop trying to phrase this is for your customers when you blatantly ignore their needs and wants. This was such a weird experience and I lost $89 for the dispatch fee.

Ray and his assistant Kyle arrived ahead of schedule. I received calls from both the office and Ray relating to me that they were on their way and should arrive in 20 minutes. We have recently built a screened in porch on the back of our house and we needed wiring for outlets, a fan and a tv. We also needed spotlights put up on our house. Ray was quick to give us a firm cost on the job that was reasonable given the extensive work that needed to be done. After my acceptance, they quickly got to work. They were fastidious in their work and even threw out the empty tv box and fan box for us. Both Ray and Kyle were concerned that I was happy with the end product. We discussed the positioning of all the outlets and receptacles to make sure that they all were functional for what I needed and what I had envisioned. This necessitated several calls to my girlfriend to confirm what she wanted. Ray was very patient while I made the calls.
