I recently came here for the first time for an oil change. I would definitely recommend this place…read more I received my car same day, the oil change was reasonably priced (about $60 for my car), and the employees very friendly. After dropping my car off, I received an electronic invoice with a cost estimate and detail of services. You have to electronically accept or decline the services on the invoice before they start working on the car. This is super helpful and transparent. While inspecting my car during the oil change, they discovered my car needed additional work. They sent an updated invoice with the estimated cost and details of the recommended additional work, as well as pictures. Same thing, you have to accept or decline before they proceed. I really appreciate the transparency and good customer service here.

I was due for an oil change and needed one on the fly. I saw some ads for Valvoline which stated 15…read moreminute oil changes so I decided to go there. Upon my arrival, there were many cars so I hopped in line. I am weary of places that do not post their prices so I asked the gentleman who was numbering the car order. He said $55 for regular, $87 for blend, and $105 for full synthetic. I had tried to call beforehand and ask too but no answer. The line moved at a decent speed, there are 3 stations inside. Once I got in, they scanned my car tag. One person was on the computer typing info in, one was doing the oil change below and one was doing other maintenance. The one doing maintenance had added more air to my tires which I didn't need since I just did them. I was at 33/34 for my 4 car sedan and he added up to 39/41. That's more than necessary. I let out some air after the visit. They checked my air filter which needed to be changed but I didn't bother with that since I have it at home. Not sure how much they would have charged for that. They tested my battery and said it was "critical" which I knew was false since I just changed my battery last year. The attendance said maybe it was the tester and retested with another tone which said my battery was fine. Suspect. I chose synthetic blend and I had found a $25 coupon online so it came out to $55 after. It did take about 15 minutes once I was in the garage. Honestly, I never trust car places. I feel like they are always trying to fix something or sell something. Just be smart and do your research before going to any place. The guy added a sticker which added 3k miles on which I know most car on blend or synthetic can do more. So be mindful. Would I come back if needed? If needed yes but I would only want an oil change and nothing else checked since I know to check it myself.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAULTY PARTS/MATERIALS. Went here to get an oil change on Friday. Had…read moreno oil in my car by Saturday. I called in and they told me to stop and check the oil level. There was absolutely no oil on the dip stick! The technician on the phone told me to buy oil and add it to the engine. They're closed on Sunday so I was told to come back Monday. Monday came and I had to add more oil to the engine just to get it to the shop. Apparently they installed an oil filter with a faulty gasket. An employee there informed me that a lot of cars have been coming back with the same issue. I was seeking some compensation for the oil bought and time spent coming back to do the job correctly. Everyone seemed nice until the final boss showed up. He said he was just a floating manager, but he didn't want to give me his name. You can't miss him.. he was the hillbilly looking guy with glasses. Probably a big Mountain Dew drinker. Anyways, he took no fault at all and said that they did everything correctly. It was a bad part, therefore, they are not at fault and offer no compensation. I asked if I should reach out to corporate. He said I could but they would just send that claim to that office and they'll reject the claim.. since it's CLEARLY not their fault. I asked if he thought it was fair that I had to buy more oil when they messed up. He ignored me and ordered me out of HIS bay. The end. We got this oil change right before our road trip. Luckily, we caught it in time and made it home safe. The car was constantly leaking oil for 3 days, so the whole bottom of the car and back of the car is completely covered in oil. Did they offer to clean it off for us.. YES. Did they lift up a single rag.. NO. So if you value your car, and your life.. I would stay away from this place. If you want to roll the dice and come here anyways.. ask Billy Bob if they still have faulty oil filters and refer him to this review. Thanks!

I arrived on 7/26/26 at 1:22pm and went through the car wash quickly. However, my car was then stuck in a line and did not enter interior cleaning bay until 3:12pm where it sat for another 30-minutes. Car cleaning was completed at 3:58 pm...a total of 2 hours and 36 minutes for a mediocre interior car cleaning!! When I got to my car to inspect the work, I opened the rear hatch, and the back of the car had not been wiped down or vacuumed. The employee asked me if I paid $45 or $55, and I told him $45; he then asked me to give him another $10 cash. When I asked for a manager, he said he was just kidding and proceeded to clean the rest of the vehicle. While my car was in the vehicle bay, I went inside to wait, and a pregnant woman walked around cleaning windows in a very tight space with an ammonia-based cleaner that was so strong everyone in the room was coughing. I will never go back to this business - it was a horrible way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
