Donna trained with Ramona from Joseph Pilate's studio so she follows the method and does true pilates, where some folks hang a pilates shingle and do there own rendition. Donna is also schooled in massage and is an expert regarding aroma and other alternative therapies. Today I almost skipped Pilates because I had horrible back pain (I usually don't have a bad back). I took the elevator because I couldn't walk the stairs and I could barely walk in hunched over. I had taken ibuprofen and donna rubbed some essential oil into my back. she customized a series of exercises with small movements that didn't seem like much. after 45 minutes, I was walking much better and took the stairs down and feel far more functional. whatta difference! I am usually very strong and do a "standard/advanced" workout but today was a totally different need and Donna proved why I keep coming back and she is worth the premium.

Princeton Fitness and Wellness offers it all - large variety of cardio…read moremachines, free weights, weight and cable machines, various group classes, an olympic-sized swimming pool, and saunas in the locker rooms. There is even a child playroom for parents, free WiFi, physical therapy sessions, and a small cafe as well. With a family-friendly feel, it is easy to feel comfortable here, which is not always the case with most gyms. Clean showers and locker rooms and consistent towel service also show that hygiene and service are valued. Although I haven't used a trainer myself, they all seem friendly and knowledgeable. I find that typically 9-10am is most crowded on weekdays, with the rush dying down by noon/1pm. It can also be a challenge to find parking before noon on weekdays. Bagel Barn is also right nearby if you need a post-workout meal! Although membership prices may seem steeper than other gyms in the area, the value for the facilities and service you are getting is worth it. If you can stick out the sales process, which some people have had bad experiences with, you won't be disappointed with the actual gym experience.

Again told Beau or Tony would get back to me. 3 weeks went by despite my emailing and calling, and no responses. Finally, I reached Beau yesterday, and he gaslit me and talked me over, saying I was the problem...I should have given more time and reached out to Tony more; now they have no so-called scholarships. I was told to write a letter and for 2 weeks given the runaround about what I had asked needed to be in it, with no responses, but hey, if I want to pay $89 a month, he will sign me up right now. I guess if you need financial assistance, you are not worth their time of day. I mean, if they didn't have assistance, they could have told me 3 weeks prior, but they do have they are offered but the staff and management can't be bothered to be upfront and honest or even return emails and calls. I know people that have the discounts or scholarships, as Beau put it. It's their business, so why should I have to chase after them or be talked to so rudely for wanting to join? Beau even had the nerve to say the person who recommended me paid full price, so I should too. Our financials are different, and he asked why I even wanted to join there... umm, for my health. Isn't that why most people join a gym? I am not a youngster looking for a hookup; that is for sure. Just the blatant disrespect and maybe discrimination because I am not a youngster leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This gym is 5 minutes from my house and Beau basically told me I could sign up and use their other facility. Umm, no why would I want to go 25 minutes or so from my house when this gym is right here? I didn't do anything to deserve this rude treatment. I just want people to know how they treat potential customers.

Unfortunately I echo many of the other reviews on this site - poor customer service and employee training-resulting in terrible customer experience. I recently went to the spa for a massage. Upon checkout the receptionist told me there was a note on my file for 20% off my service. She reached out to the spa manager who indicated since there was no name or date on the note that they should ignore it and did not honor the discount. When questioned they said that it was an employee error. Seems like the customers bear the brunt of all employee errors--I did send a note to the GM - Hayden Duffy. I look forward to a response.
