It's mostly middle age ladies which is nice because we all issues! Can't stretch as well as we used too! But the instructor always offers many options to do the stretches. I am so happy this studio opened in my town! I have never done yoga before (I have always been a…read morerunner.) but after moving to Skillman I wanted to try something new indoors for the winter instead of the traditional treadmill at the gym. This studio offers all types of classes for yoga, barre, meditation, etc. Lindsey and her staff were very helpful and walked me through which each class offered before I began. I didn't know anything about yoga or what anything meant! I started with the heated slow flow, but have been attending Vinyasa and heated power flow as well! I love the heated classes, they are so comforting (and they are a pretty dry heat.) You can really work up a sweat in some of these classes! There are always candles (fake of course for safety) and essential oils running, so the ambiance is very nice and relaxing. Booking and scheduling is very easy, can be done either through the website or through the MINDBODY App. You can schedule or cancel at any time without a penalty, which is nice when my personal schedule is not consistent. The classes can be purchased in bulk for a discount, individually, or as an unlimited package. I first tried the two week unlimited trial period, which was great. It allowed me to give it a fair chance without an expensive and long term commitment to see if I really enjoyed it. Here we are , 2 months later and I go between 2-3 times per week! I'm so happy I tried yoga and at such an awesome studio! Thank you! :)

Great coaches/trainers as I was new to this I had no idea how to work the reformer and didn't even know they had a name lol. The people are welcoming. The place is nice and they have Spin!!! A chair Pilates that I had no idea existed. I loved it so much that before my Groupon ended, I joined!!! I come from HIT classes prior and at 51, I fell in December and had an issue with my hip. It appears Pilates is helping that! I feel so much better and my posture is so much better. Yeah me!

I had a very humiliating and discriminatory experience at Witt Pilates…read more I am hard of hearing and signed up for a package of 10 group classes that were advertised as appropriate for "newbies." I attended two group classes without incident. Before and during class, I simply asked that instructors face me when giving instructions, as I was unfamiliar with the equipment and rely on visual cues. This is a very minimal and reasonable accommodation. When I attempted to attend my third class, the owner called me and told me I was no longer welcome in group classes. I was told that the instructors were "uncomfortable," that they could not "focus on other people in class," and that excluding me was "for everyone's safety." I was then told my only option was to take private lessons at a higher cost. No other accommodations were offered. I had already demonstrated that I could participate safely and appropriately, and no safety issue had occurred. I was excluded solely because of my hearing disability and my request for basic communication access. Denying someone access to group classes and requiring them to pay more because of a disability is discriminatory and not acceptable for a business open to the public. Asking an instructor to face a participant when giving instructions does not prevent them from teaching others. I would strongly caution anyone with a disability--or anyone who expects inclusive, professional practices--to think twice before coming here.

Enter Club Pilates - a fitness haven that not only redefines the conventional workout but also serves as a sanctuary for rehabilitation and holistic well-being. The strategic location within Princeton Market Fair makes it easily accessible, sandwiched between the familiar aroma of Starbucks and the clarity offered by LensCrafters. This paradigm shift was a game-changer for me, especially considering my history of injuries from traditional weightlifting. The instructors at Club Pilates bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise, guiding members through a curated series of exercises that target core strength, flexibility, and overall balance. I found this approach not only effective in overcoming my injuries but also in sculpting a leaner and more resilient physique.
