Fuse is the place where you don't feel like people are looking at you differently and the small classes make for a great workout! The workouts are challenging but Pete and Sebastian always make sure we are working out without injuring ourselves. They take time to explain the proper way to do each exercise and modify if you need. If a patron, usually male, is throwing weights aggressively (i.e. almost hitting others) or disturbing other customers the staff WILL address it, which did not happen before. I will say that a large number of teenagers here are creepy: they are misusing equipment, loud, interrupt other's workouts, and just watch others in the gym very intensely. However, male personal trainers are the most frustrating. They are constantly asking members to move out of their way (even when just walking around the gym), get off machines, and/or stop THEIR workouts to make room for the trainer. If someone is using a machine, you can't make them move. It's in the member terms and conditions. Female trainers don't cause this issue, but male trainers do.

I only discovered this two months later after continuing to be charged. When I contacted them for help and requested a refund, I was told there was "nothing they could do" because I no longer had the cancellation paper -- despite the error being entirely on their end. I did everything correctly as a customer, and instead of taking accountability, management dismissed the issue and kept charging me. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. Be cautious, because if something goes wrong internally, they may refuse to fix it and continue taking your money.

There are two TVs in the locker room that are never on. How about turning down the music or turning it off totally & turn on the TVs. If what's coming out of the speakers doesn't change, I will write more reviews & then eventually switch gyms. People may not speak up about the music & just cancel their membership. Please consider changing the music to satisfy all your members not just some.

One of the coaches only sees women for the purpose of sex. He's twice my age (and he has adult kids my age), and he would just try to hit on me in front of everyone. It was very uncomfortable because I was not interested at all, but I also didn't want to make enemies. One time the coach grabbed me from behind on the treadmill, and he had his whole body pressed against mine. So self-entitled. Before this happened, I had tried to hint politely he needs to respect me multiple times. I was there for half a year, and he didn't learn how to say my name even though I did try correcting him multiple times. When he had something to say to me, unlike the rest of the modern world, he would just expect me to come to him instead of coming to me. He not only did he try to flirt with me, but he would also reprimanded like a kid. Also the owner's nephew was indecent to me when he found out I was queer, and he implied I was easy. I could continue on about the discrimination, but you get the idea if you're a woman from a marginalized community. There's horrible sexism in boxing and always less women at gyms, but other boxing gyms have more women. Honestly though, I experienced even worse discrimination at other boxing gyms that made me want to go back to blue line. Also the owner makes fun of people when they're in pain.
