I had a difficulty with the rope and stepping up which I was provided a lower level until I reached a medium to advance level. The 16-week workout was very challenging with numerous different exercises which created a "non boring" challenge and the opportunity to learn various parts that the exercise equipment targets the body. I took three sessions with him. One individual, one with my fiancée, one interrupted because of what happened. Between session I had to cancel two (which I told him to charge me for) because of personal reasons and I was being tested for Covid-19. In this time he sent inappropriate text to me. Stating he loved watching me work out and he couldn't wait until I was back in the gym. I'm engaged and a sexual assault survivor. He knows these things. This took me the wrong way. Instead of just not showing up again, I tried to have a conversation with him, like professionals about this text messages, maybe I took it the wrong way? He had every excuse in the book. "He was texting his gf and text me by accident" "he text like 7 clients at a time" "he gets busy and distracted and doesn't know who he's texting" "I'm not even his type" when I said I wanted to just talk he said how about you get your money back. He didn't even want to professionally have a conversation about what happened. So that was a big enough red flag to me to get away. He continued for the second time to tell me I wasn't his type. I told him, I'm really trying to be professional, he said "I am a professional, look at me." It took multiple times for him to venmo me my money back. His workouts were hard. His professionalism is horrible. I went there because he has great reviews but I don't know what's changed between those reviews and now. I also showed other trainers in the industry the text he sent me to make sure I wasn't over reacting. The agreed it was very creepy. Maybe he was having an off day? I don't know? He then went on to tell me through text I'm the first client to ever feel like this. And sorry I felt like a VICTIM in capital letters. I am not a victim, I am a survivor. So many red flag. I followed them on social media, because their group workouts were great. I'm now blocked (before this review) and again I'm not really sure what I did wrong or how that's professional? But to each their own. Best of luck to this gym. I was really interested in working out here and I was bringing people here to also join. Really bad management skills.

The program's structure, with changes every four weeks, ensures I receive a comprehensive full-body workout while progressing at a comfortable pace. Recently, I faced a recurring issue with my shoulder. I reached out to Coach Shawn, and by the time I arrived several hours later, adjustments had been made to my program. I have never felt pressured to push myself beyond my limits; instead, I am consistently encouraged to keep moving forward. We spoke with the owner about his programs. It's a really nice place. A little small. Wide range of age groups. Tucked away in a strip of businesses in Trenton. In addition to personalized training program, my son receives nutritional counseling. Son has been coming here for a couple months now and really likes it. He's getting stronger at a reasonable pace. Guys and gals in the gym that he's met are nice. Monthly fee is reasonable for what you get. Thinking about having my younger son start here in the spring. Very happy!

I'm a germaphobe when it comes to the gym, so I appreciate that. Anyway, my favorite instructors are Jackie because she brings a lot of humor (which I find encouraging) and Corrie because I feel like I'm getting an intense but doable workout. I generally go two times a week and that has been enough to get noticeable results for me. It's one of two workouts that has ever significantly improved how I look. Regarding the previous reviewers complaint about high school kids, there are definitely lots of local Robbinsville HS students working out here constantly, so much so that I wonder if they have a deal with PF. With that said, I have seen those kids being nothing but respectful, kind and helpful to fellow members of all ages. This is my favorite gym I've ever been a member of, and I thoroughly enjoy working out here. As someone who is far from a fitness nut, that's pretty high praise.

The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and patient. Having tried the fad gyms & workouts with little or no results, This was a last resort for me personally-Since attending Master Black's Karate classes, and fitness classes, I've lost over 20 lbs, and I've regained confidence and energy that I haven't had in years. We plan on being members for a long time to come.
