They are very approachable with any concerns you have and will help you any areas you are uncertain with, especially if you need more help on completing a particular exercise/or how to use an exercise equipment. I had a difficulty with the rope and stepping up which I was provided a lower level until I reached a medium to advance level. The 16-week workout was very challenging with numerous different exercises which created a "non boring" challenge and the opportunity to learn various parts that the exercise equipment targets the body. I also learned other ways to improve my strength and flexibility. Great family atmosphere and a comradery with all personnel. There line of equipment was top shelf and well maintained.

I wasn't going to review this gym but after thinking about it for a few weeks I've decided too…read more This is not a review on the weight lifting classes or the group classes but the private one on one sessions with the owner, Jayson. I took three sessions with him. One individual, one with my fiancée, one interrupted because of what happened. Between session I had to cancel two (which I told him to charge me for) because of personal reasons and I was being tested for Covid-19. In this time he sent inappropriate text to me. Stating he loved watching me work out and he couldn't wait until I was back in the gym. I'm engaged and a sexual assault survivor. He knows these things. This took me the wrong way. Instead of just not showing up again, I tried to have a conversation with him, like professionals about this text messages, maybe I took it the wrong way? He had every excuse in the book. "He was texting his gf and text me by accident" "he text like 7 clients at a time" "he gets busy and distracted and doesn't know who he's texting" "I'm not even his type" when I said I wanted to just talk he said how about you get your money back. He didn't even want to professionally have a conversation about what happened. So that was a big enough red flag to me to get away. He continued for the second time to tell me I wasn't his type. I told him, I'm really trying to be professional, he said "I am a professional, look at me." It took multiple times for him to venmo me my money back. His workouts were hard. His professionalism is horrible. I went there because he has great reviews but I don't know what's changed between those reviews and now. I also showed other trainers in the industry the text he sent me to make sure I wasn't over reacting. The agreed it was very creepy. Maybe he was having an off day? I don't know? He then went on to tell me through text I'm the first client to ever feel like this. And sorry I felt like a VICTIM in capital letters. I am not a victim, I am a survivor. So many red flag. I followed them on social media, because their group workouts were great. I'm now blocked (before this review) and again I'm not really sure what I did wrong or how that's professional? But to each their own. Best of luck to this gym. I was really interested in working out here and I was bringing people here to also join. Really bad management skills.

I've never been much of a "gym person"…read more Previously, I would go to the gym sporadically, at best, but I voluntarily go to Fuel House 4-5 times a week. Brandon and the other trainers are great; highly motivating and the workouts are always changing and challenging. Also, Brandon really LISTENS to the members. He added classes and added open gym. He throws out modifiers based on your fitness level. All of the trainers encourage you and always make sure that you're lifting with the correct form. At Fuel House, I've found friends that I didn't know before, I've found a gym that I really love, and I've found a strength I didn't know that I had.

Their pricing model is also very fair and you get a lot for the cost.

The coaches/staff (Vicky, Debbie, Danielle, and Jenny) are very knowledgeable and enjoy what they do. However upon being allowed to reopen Lee, the owner and coaches have made adjustments to ensure the safety of everyone there. I feel safer here than nearly any other place that involves being around other people (e.g. grocery store, pharmacy). Standard precautions are in place. Everyone has to sanitize their hands, get their temperature taken, and wear a mask the entire time! I've been grateful that everyone at PCF takes this seriously and as far as I've seen wears their mask the entire time. There is a huge garage door in the back which is almost always open and you can exit out the back and remove your mask if you need to take your mask off for a minute or two. Many workouts are scaled or adapted if you prefer to workout outside. The floors have taped boxes in them and you are to remain in your box while you are working out so that everyone remains spaced apart. You are able to leave to get weights and other equipment but with the understanding you will maintain physical distance from others while doing so. Also most people grab their workout equipment upon arriving so there is less reason to leave your square during the workout. Individual spray bottles and rags are in each box for you to clean ALL your equipment after the workout. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great workout and a place which will support you in your fitness goals regardless of what they might be.

Afterward, we methodically went through the steps of the "man maker" (consciously ignoring the term). I liked this part because it gave everyone an opportunity to get on the same page and focus on their technique. Joe went around and gave pointers to make sure that we were doing everything correctly. Finally, we had a twenty five minute AMRaP workout of man makers and 200m runs with a partner. Again, I really enjoy the partner and team-oriented nature. I find that it keeps me accountable, motivates me, and just makes the experience more fun. Bonus: I love how community-minded PCF is. On Saturdays in December they host local entrepreneurs with a pop-up shop in the gym!

I have gained a lot of strength and lean muscle tone. It's difficult, but it actually works so I think it's worth it. I also like that it's super clean. Anyway, my favorite instructors are Jackie because she brings a lot of humor (which I find encouraging) and Corrie because I feel like I'm getting an intense but doable workout. I generally go two times a week and that has been enough to get noticeable results for me. It's one of two workouts that has ever significantly improved how I look. Regarding the previous reviewers complaint about high school kids, there are definitely lots of local Robbinsville HS students working out here constantly, so much so that I wonder if they have a deal with PF. With that said, I have seen those kids being nothing but respectful, kind and helpful to fellow members of all ages. This is my favorite gym I've ever been a member of, and I thoroughly enjoy working out here. As someone who is far from a fitness nut, that's pretty high praise.
