When his nurse, Debbie, asked what I was hoping to have done, I showed her the two wrinkles between my eyebrows for Botox and then the 2 areas around my mouth for juviderm: I wanted the labial folds filled in and then a horizontal wrinkle along my chin line on either side. I've had these done before - one dose of Botox for eyebrow, one dose of Juviderm to fill out the wrinkles along chin line. Debbie proceeded to inject 2 doses of Botox in my forehead - missing the wrinkles between my brows. Then she injected 2 doses of Juviderm and told me I had to have another before I stopped her. $1,800 later, I have a forehead that looks like a Vulcan from Starship Enterprise. And I have noticeable bulges above my lip on the left side (she said the left needed more work) along with a fuller area on the left labial fold than the right side. I would never, ever go back to this place. They milk you for what they can. My feeling is that the staff is out to make extra bucks while the doctor is out. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!

I have been calling and calling and waiting for my next script to no avail. The one time that someone did answer the phone, she said that the Nurse practitioner was out of the country. It's approaching two weeks now that I am waiting on my second script. I can't get in contact with anyone over there. No one answers the phone or returns my calls or responds to my messages. I paid for this weight loss program in good faith that I would not have any interruptions. Their service is horrible. If you decide to go here, don't say that you weren't forewarned. He told me it had to be removed immediately or I'd end up in the hospital with a serious health risk, and gave me no other options. The procedure was coded in a way that insurance denied as cosmetic or comfort care, leaving me with a $400 bill that overdrafted my account. When I reached out for notes or a letter of medical necessity to appeal, I was told the physician no longer works there, transferred to billing, and the billing manager refused to help. She said they wouldn't do anything more, it was an insurance problem, and this was the last communication they'd have on the matter. She became aggressive when I simply explained I was upset about the situation. On top of that, they charged my card for the full amount without any prior notice after the denial, which came as a complete shock. The doctor was also negligent in dressing the wound, the gauze stuck to the nail bed, I had to return two days later, and he ripped it off dry, causing extreme pain and re-traumatizing the area. The nail is now not growing back properly. Patients deserve better than being left financially harmed and physically worse off with zero cooperation on fixing a preventable insurance issue. I wouldn't recommend this practice.
