I didn't read any reviews on any of the doctors or the practice. Hindsight, I wished I requested one who's been practicing for 20+ years is my personal preference for many reasons and this visit proved my expectations. I barely sat with Dr. B when all she did was look at my skin. As far as I can recall, she didn't use any tools to look at my skin. Just her naked eye. She gave her personal recommendations without a clear diagnosis after telling her what occurred. She prescribed me topical cream which made my skin 10X worst than where it was. I have all the pictures to prove 3 days of use when my skin reacted in more flare ups. Going home and looking up these prescriptions meds is what they recommended. They called it their "base line" where they start. As we all know, never know what works with your skin. She was so sure of herself. Thanks to their patient portal, the only great thing that happened in this practice is the communication. I was prescribed another topical cream and the same effect occurred. This process has been frustrating. The practice manager called me only to grill me for not using the creams for two weeks. I guess she wasn't listening to a new patient's dissatisfaction. It seems like her main job is to support doctors not provide customer care / service. Needless to say, Dr. B called to follow up after the fact their practice manager was just as rude. We came to an agreement, it was an unfortunate situation.

I received treatment from Dr. Ngyuen for skin cancer. He performed two Mohs surgeries. One on my back is still healing after 10 months. I was charged with procedures that were not performed. I contested charges for procedures not provided with negative results. I was provided with questionable lab results.Last one concerning an alleged squamous cell on my left hand with recommended third Mohs. There was no cancer. I terminated my relationship with this organization.

I called at 10 and was seen at 11:45. I expressed I wanted a shave biopsy to see what it was. The office is beautiful. The check in process was efficient and easy. The service was very pleasant and professional. The medical assistant and PA were awesome. The biopsy was easy and after seeing the picture my girlfriend too I am very happy the PA too the entire thing off. They even saw my girlfriend the same day after she complained of some irritating lesions on her back. They froze them. It was a great experience. Most other dermatologists in the area had a six week wait.

I spoke with my PCP who promptly placed me on pills instead of the shot. Go to your regular Dr for weight loss and pay half or less of what this place charges. I would certainly say they earned a 1 star review. Shop around, stay away.
