What really stood out were the flavors. Even the hotter sauces had amazing taste. Too many wing spots seem to think "hot" means sacrificing flavor, but Fried Hard nailed both heat and taste. Our favorite flavors were the Hot Lemon Pepper and Memphis Bold. Both were packed with flavor and easily some of the best wings we've had in a long time.
