Zaur came out first to assess the problem, which turned out to be a failed condenser fan motor. Once I approved the estimate the next day, the company moved quickly to secure the part. Tim and Zaur both came out later that day and worked into the evening to get the job done. Throughout the repair, which also included a maintenance service, both were great to work with. Had I have known they would not be able to understand a word I was saying I would have used another company. Their work seemed decent and I had no issues with the final results but very hard to do business with a huge communication barrier in the way. When I requested a discount to $300, the technician became extremely offensive and refused to perform the service at our residence. Instead, they removed the part and reinstalled the old one incorrectly, with wiring mistakes that, according to another company, could have caused a fire. We then hired another company, which completed the service properly for $150. We regret the way Antey Engineering Systems treats its clients and their abusive pricing. If a smaller fix can be used instead of a big fix, they will explain the pros and cons of each option and recommend what they would do in our shoes.
