He showed up early (which almost never happens with service people), explained everything clearly, gave us a fair price compared to the others who quoted, and just had this calm, patient vibe that put us at ease. No high-pressure sales stuff and he actually took the time to walk us through what he was seeing and gave us some solid tips on keeping mice out for good. We went ahead and hired him on the spot. He set up traps, sealed entry points, and we cleaned up what was there. Thought we were done... until a few days later when a couple more droppings popped up. Frustrating, but Efren had already told us he stands behind his work with a warranty. Called him, and he was back out super quick with no hassle, no extra charge, just fixed the issue. Honestly, my wife and I feel like we picked the right person for the job. Efren's efficient, trustworthy, and actually cares about getting it right. This firm was hired by a law enforcement agency after I made a complaint against one of their…read moreofficers for making false claims against me (including accusing me of a crime) under oath. While the officer was off duty during these proceedings, they identify themselves by rank and agency - so, essentially making these statements under the color of authority. The agency chose not to do anything, but sent me a letter blowing me off and saying they did a full investigation. I was never contacted by anyone after making the actual complaint, but a sergeant apparently said they interviewed me on a certain date over the phone. I was contacted to do an interview with Mr. Briones and I gave him all the evidence showing multiple times the officer lied under penalty of perjury in official court proceedings, and gave him proof that the supposed phone interview on the date given by the sergeant didn't happen. He apparently just dropped the investigation, as I never heard from him again even as I was emailing him about the officer continuing to perjure themselves. To this day, the officer's misconduct continues, and it looks like this firm is just as on board with the dishonesty as the department.

Antex Exterminating is reliable and effective in their services.
