First and foremost, Nicole, our Event Coordinator was absolutely amazing!! Nicole was so caring and kind, super helpful and a pleasure to work with!! Meeting her in 2019, we felt right at home with her, like she was family or as if we had known her for years! She made sure our planning was stress-free and had our back 1000% along the way! I cannot express the gratitude we have for her!! We booked our 2021 wedding long before the pandemic hit, so the months leading up to our big day had us biting our nails! But nevertheless, Nicole made sure we were informed of any updates along the way and she left everything completely transparent. Fast forward to last month, we had our big day on July 24! Everything was executed BETTER than I ever could have imagined. It was absolutely beautiful! The lighting inside the hall was so bright, and gave such a warm and happy vibe. The space was so inviting and we could not have been any happier. The Salerno's staff was top notch! All of the waitstaff, bartenders, and service workers were on top of their game!! All were so attentive and friendly! They did such an amazing job!! Almost every single guest we have talked to since the wedding has said that it was the BEST wedding they have ever attended! We ALL wish we could relive that day over and over again! We are so lucky for Nicole and everyone at Salerno's!! Thank you for giving us the most epic day of our lives :)

My only gripe is there was no place to put the extra tables we were not using, so they were constantly visible. I was a little overwhelmed by all the" rules" of the place, but understandably so. That part stressed me out. I would definately rent again but a 2 day rental instead so I could take my time cleaning up and completely enjoy the party without worrying about the time.

It was a little surprising that a room with such a large common space would have two queen beds instead of a king bed, though. The staff, including housekeeping, did a great job making us feel like guests of honor all weekend long, with a bride and groom welcome setup and several refreshes of the room while we were away. We were also able to book one of the dog-friendly rooms at the last minute, in which my mom stayed with our dog. There was lots of green space on and off the property for our dog to explore on walks. The Coonamessett also hosted our morning-after-the-wedding buffet breakfast, which we coordinated through their special events team five months before the wedding. The food was pretty good, nothing special, but was a little on the pricier side (to be expected for a wedding-related event). Since they weren't hosting a wedding on-site that weekend, we were able to use the entire ballroom space. A couple hotel guests wandered in and grabbed a plate before we informed them it was a private event. The Coonamessett even opened the bar for our guests (my niece and nephew said the espresso martinis were good!).

Wow, what an inn! We found this after being scammed on the internet into a fake rental, and it felt…read morelike a miracle. Could not have found a better place. The whole feel of the place is comforting, warm, kind, and charming. Right on the water, free delicious eggs and bacon for breakfast, sensational views morning and night on the patio, adorable rooms with free Cape Cod potato chips and waters every day, such a charming lobby and tribute to the family who owns it. So pet/dog friendly. We loved walking Gerbert in the morning along the peaceful water and windmill. We walked up the block to the Ice Cream Cafe every night. I want to come back here the next time I'm in Cape Cod - it has all the charm that you want when you're looking for a hotel in this area.
