Though they were personally commended to me by a friend, I was happy to see their Yelp page full of positive reviews. They showed up 15 min late but got the three rooms cleaned in about an hour, including complete removal of some ugly pet stains. The $89 charge seemed entirely fair and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone needing good work done. read more

I had to move. I had spent the last six months searching for, buying, and preparing to move. I didn't have the time or energy to clean the carpets (mostly neglected for six months) when I was done moving. They came in and did a great job in just little over an hour. It was three rooms, and indeed it was 89 bucks. A nice couple of people. read more

Great service and fast! We moved out of a 2bd 1bth and had the appointment for them to clean just half of our place. Though we changed our mind at the last minute and they were able to do all of our place for a great price in a quick amount of time. read more

Very thorough and conscientious. Their price was very reasonable and the carpets look great! They worked with our schedule and showed up right on time. We will definitely use them again! read more

Definitely the business to hire for your carpet cleaning and tile cleaning needs. They answered the phone immediately (other companies I called I had to leave a message and they didn't get back to me for 3-4 days). They were able to get me in the following day, easy to work with, very friendly, and my carpets looked like new! All the pet stains disappeared also! They also cleaned my tile which turned out great. Support this local business - we need more people like this in our area! read more

I called ANS Carpet Cleaning on the recommendation of a friend. A few bottles of red wine fell from our wine fridge and broke on the carpet during the earthquake in American Canyon. The company came out quickly to give a quote, and the price was so good, we decided to have the entire downstairs floor cleaned, which is almost all carpet. They were quick, friendly, professional, and did an excellent job - the large wine stain is completely gone and my carpets have never looked better. I will certainly be calling ANS Carpet Cleaning any time I need carpet or tile cleaning. I'm so happy I found them! read more

Just got my carpet cleaned at my house. They both did an amazing job and also got my recliner chair cleaned too. Wonderful job and I will be calling them again for services.. thanks again for providing excellent services today.. Friendly and affordable too.. read more

One of the hardest working, through, best cleaning jobs we have had. The not only did our carpets, 1,500 square ft. of tile downstairs but they cleaned to perfection every single BASEBOARD in our house and I never even asked them to. VERY REASONABLE! GIVE this company a call...you will not be disappointed! read more

Helped me out at the last minute when another service cancelled on me. On top of that, had a great deal, & did a super job in spite of all of the clutter in the way. Really, really nice folks too. Will definitely recommend them to my friends! read more

They did a fabulous job! Pleasant and friendly. Promptly on time. Cleaned all the carpeted areas in my house and a rug in less than an hour for an awesome price. Will be using their service in the future for sure. read more

They were prompt, fast, efficient and professional and the price can't be beat for my carpets to look awesome and smell fresh, I will definitely call them for all my carpet cleaning and floor cleaning needs in the future. read more

ANS carpet cleaners remind me of the landscapers that "blow & go". I have used them several times and they have always done a good job, until recently. Yesterday they cleaned 5 rooms in my home plus my staircase . They did this all in 90 mins and left my beautiful hardwood floors a MESS! They left water stains from their carpet cleaner and left skid marks caused by dragging their equipment hose over my floor. I am so disappointed and all I can say is "you get what you pay for" read more

These guys were great! They did my apartment, my grandmothers studio apartment and grandmas couch in 2 hours. They got the corners and cat hair that were in my apartment. I'm very pleased with their service, their promptness and their prices. Will highly recommend and will use again! read more

My first time using a carpet cleaning service in Vallejo. I chose them because of several coupons I found online. They did a pretty food job aside from some very old gum/sticker stains. However when I went to pay and is coupons, that they were aware of when I made Appt. I was told they were only.good after 2 rooms cleaned. I was never told this nor does the coupon say this anywhere. So I paid 89.00 for a very tiny living-room to be cleaned. If I knew that I would have called the other place who offered 49.00 for a small room and hallway. Will probably not go here again just because I felt taken advantage of given they know im delivering my baby in morning and my hubby was not supposed to be home. Good luck all. To top it off their special is 89.00 for 3 rooms and hallway...never mentioned read more

My poor pup got sick overnight, so based on Yelp reviews I called last minute, on a weekend - and these hard-working people fit me in that same day. They were right on time, and done in 30 minutes. And so cheap!! My carpet looks new again. Nothing but smiles and gratitude across the board. If you need your carpets cleaned, do not hesitate to call this husband/wife team to do the job. You won't be sorry. read more

I am very happy with the work done by ANS, they did three rooms, two living rooms and a hallway. Both Mr. & Mrs. Garcia are very professional experienced and super friendly. In a matter of hours they cleaned my carpet with amazing results, there were some stains that I honestly thought that they were not going to be able to remove but some how they did :). I highly recommend this company read more

This company is awesome ! I have used their service twice, and both times they have done an amazing job in cleaning our carpets, throw rugs and upholstery on two couches, and all for an incredibly low price each time ! They arrive promptly on schedule and are courteous and professional when they first greet you. They thoroughly clean what you ask them to, and do so in a very quiet but determined manner. They don't overlook anything. Everything is cleaned ! Our carpets are 22 years old, but they look brand new because of what ANS has done for them. If I had three hands, I've give them 3 thumbs up, but since I only have 2, I give them 2 thumbs up. We will surely call them again, when/if we need them. I highly recommend them. Let them work their magic in your house or business - you'll be glad you did ! read more

All we can say is wow! On time friendly service clean and professional! And no upsell! My wife and I would highly recommend ans Carpet Cleaning Service to anyone in the Bay Area. I have been using ANS since my twins were toddlers..they are 6 now and still trash the carpet! Thank GOD for ANS! They always arrive on time, they call if they are running behind (only happened once!). They make the carpet look almost brand spankin' new! Today was the third time I've used ANS Carpet Cleaning to clean carpets and upholstery (a wine spill on an upholstered chair) in my home. Once again, they were professional, considerate, efficient, and did the work for a fair price. I recommend them highly. read more

I have been dealing with this company for three years. The owner sent his children out to do my carpet and furniture which I was not pleased with. Then today he comes out mind you on his truck say 3 rooms and stairs for $89 he tells me 189 and to re clean my furniture $75 and $65. I don't mind paying for my service again I been using this company for 3 years don't try to over charge me or think you have so many customers you can do your loyal customers that way. I am very disappointed and will never use this service again. My carpet was over wet my furniture the stains came right back so I jus paid for nothing. To the owner your attitude now stinks and you need to change that. I have always been charged $124 for everything now today because I didn't want your kids to redo what they messed up you try to change your price no and I will see you in court you don't get free money.. read more

This company is AMAZING! They came in and did our whole house in about an hour with incredible results (we have two little dogs and well, accidents happen...)! I don't know about you, but I don't enjoy getting a lecture about the fact that I "only" get my carpets cleaned 2x a year, or "Oops! You must have dogs, huh?" No? Really? Gee, is THAT why i'm having my carpets cleaned? I don't need or want anyone's opinion...I want to get my carpets cleaned! They came in, were polite, thorough and swift! Hire them! You won't be sorry! read more

I sent an email inquiry and they immediately responded. The appointment was made the same week. They arrived on time, were super friendly and extremely professional. They take great pride in their work and it shows in the results. I have four children and they were able to remove all the stains my children made. They were fast but paid attention to detail. They even came prepared to vacuum the rug (II had take care of it the night before). Give them a try. You will be a customer for life. read more

I too found ANS through YELP and read the reviews and decided to give them a call. From the moment I called, Aurellio was very professional and gave me a great price. The scheduling was easy and convenient and the day of the appointment, were on time. He and Silvia went straight to work on my living room, hallway, bedroom, and two closets. Any questions I had, they answered. For the cleaning plus scotchgard, $100 is a deal. Trust me, I called around. I am giving them the top rating not only for the quality of service they provide, but it is hard these days to find EXCELLENT customer Service that gets my 5 star rating. I HIGHLY recommend them. You can not go wrong with GREAT Service, EXCELLENT Customer Service, and QUALITY at such a great price. VERY WALLET FRIENDLY!

ANS did a great job! I was moving out of my condo and needed my carpets cleaned. From the moment I emailed them regarding a quote they were very helpful and friendly. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because my appointment was at 9 and they showed up at 9:30. I had to call the office in order to find out the status. But the two who showed up were great, friendly and did a great job. read more

I read the reviews before deciding on which carpet cleaner I was going to use. They had very high marks and many reviews, so I thought that I couldn't go wrong. I called, made an appointment and I am glad I did. I told the person on the phone that I wanted an am appointment. She told me that the carpet cleaner would be there between 9:00-9:30. Around 9:25, I got a phone call that they were running late which was fine, this is excellent customer service! It took them approx. 1 1/2 hours and I was very happy with the workmanship of the two people that came. They never tried to sell me additional service which was nice, they came to do what I wanted and left. They took credit cards which made it convenience. I high recommend this company and will use them again when I need my carpet cleaned. read more

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL, what a terrible experience with this company, I NEVER do reviews but I had too for this one, we had a 10:30 appt an they did not show up, then I walk out the house around 11:45 an found a note on my door from them saying we came by, then seen them drive off at that time, first off nobody rang the door bell or knocked on the door, then called them back over 20 times an they just didn't answer their phones, was so angry an upset because I took my kids to my sisters so the house will be empty for them to work nicely an I had moved my furniture an took off work, this was terrible so I was on yelp an Craigslist looking for a last minute company that would come an do the carpets which I did find later in the day, they where pricy but I had no choice.,.,, ANGRY POTENTIAL CUSTOMER... So if u want to play Russian roulette with whether or not they will be there, then go ahead!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Hire them if you want your carpets to look new...Hired this lovely husband and wife team to clean the carpets of our new home (13 year old carpets, originals). We moved in this past Sunday and they cleaned on the carpets on Monday. We found them on Yelp, got a quote from Monica (we negotiated a little once they arrived and looked at the size of the space - quite large), and then they got to work. The products they used didn't bother me (I'm 39 weeks pregnant) and they were fast yet very detailed (wish I could say the same for the cleaning lady I hired to come the following day). They got horrible (and very permanent looking) stains out of the carpet in one of the bathrooms (seriously, who puts carpet in bathrooms?!) which helped alleviate some of the stress I was facing of debating if we had to put in tiles before the baby arrived. They wore booties, cleaned from the top-down and even lifted most of the furniture and put foam pads underneath so it would dry evenly. One thing, I wish they had asked for help (husband was home) to clean under the bed...and then my bad, leave all the doors open for 24 hours to ensure even drying time in all the rooms. But there was so little moisture that I can't even say it was damp (didn't make my socks wet). Now, if I can just keep people with shoes off! Hire them. They are good and I will call them again, even for spot cleaning...should have and maybe now, I just may call for tile/grout cleaning too... read more

I have used ANS carpet cleaning services twice for my rental homes. Both times I was impressed with the customer service they provide. They are always able to get me same day appointments, even Sundays. They always arrive on time and are very professional. I'm always so pleased with the cleaning. The carpets always look like new. I will not use any other carpet cleaning service. Their prices are the best deal In town. read more
