Called last week to setup an appt for Octoboer 1st. They had an appt with less then a weeks notice so we were pleased. Appt was scheduled for between 8:30-9:00. On the morinig of the appt got a call for the lady in the office at 8:45 to let us know they were running a little late and would arrive by 9:30. The team arrived at 9:50 and got right to work. They did an amazing job and did not cut any corners. They gave my wife a couple of suggestions/tips which we liked. We were very pleased with the service and will be using them again just before Christmas. My first time using a carpet cleaning service in Vallejo. I chose them because of several coupons I found online. They did a pretty food job aside from some very old gum/sticker stains. However when I went to pay and is coupons, that they were aware of when I made Appt. I was told they were only.good after 2 rooms cleaned. I was never told this nor does the coupon say this anywhere. So I paid 89.00 for a very tiny living-room to be cleaned. If I knew that I would have called the other place who offered 49.00 for a small room and hallway. ANS carpet cleaners remind me of the landscapers that "blow & go". I have used them several times and they have always done a good job, until recently. Yesterday they cleaned 5 rooms in my home plus my staircase . They did this all in 90 mins and left my beautiful hardwood floors a MESS! They left water stains from their carpet cleaner and left skid marks caused by dragging their equipment hose over my floor. I have been dealing with this company for three years. The owner sent his children out to do my carpet and furniture which I was not pleased with. Then today he comes out mind you on his truck say 3 rooms and stairs for $89 he tells me 189 and to re clean my furniture $75 and $65. I don't mind paying for my service again I been using this company for 3 years don't try to over charge me or think you have so many customers you can do your loyal customers that way. I am very disappointed and will never use this service again. My carpet was over wet my furniture the stains came right back so I jus paid for nothing. To the owner your attitude now stinks and you need to change that. I called, made an appointment and I am glad I did. I told the person on the phone that I wanted an am appointment. She told me that the carpet cleaner would be there between 9:00-9:30. Around 9:25, I got a phone call that they were running late which was fine, this is excellent customer service! It took them approx. 1 1/2 hours and I was very happy with the workmanship of the two people that came. They never tried to sell me additional service which was nice, they came to do what I wanted and left. They took credit cards which made it convenience. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL, what a terrible experience with this company, I NEVER do reviews but I had too for this one, we had a 10:30 appt an they did not show up, then I walk out the house around 11:45 an found a note on my door from them saying we came by, then seen them drive off at that time, first off nobody rang the door bell or knocked on the door, then called them back over 20 times an they just didn't answer their phones, was so angry an upset because I took my kids to my sisters so the house will be empty for them to work nicely an I had moved my furniture an took off work, this was terrible so I was on yelp an Craigslist looking for a last minute company that would come an do the carpets which I did find later in the day, they where pricy but I had no choice.,.,, ANGRY POTENTIAL CUSTOMER...
