After the 6 months, we went to load our belongings to find our unit and all belongings were infested with crickets. From storing our home belongings before, we knew there would be some insects etc. but not at all to this degree. We had the person on duty come look at our unit and belongings and she was as disgusted as we were. She even warned us that crickets carry diseases such as salmonella and ecoli. We asked them to cover with the bill for disinfecting the cloth furniture(which was all wrapped and they got under the cellophane) and they declined, would only pay for half IF we signed a non disclosure agreement.

We accidentally lost our key to our lock and he cut our lock off for no charge. This facility is also really clean, has lots of cameras and is easy to access!
