We've been renters here for a year now and I can't say enough great things about this facility…read more The management goes out of its way to help their customers and they do so with a pleasant, welcoming attitude. The facility is secure, well-lit, clean, and plays wholesome, family-friendly music throughout. They provide a moving truck for renters to use and have a good supply of hand carts to help you with loading/unloading. They sell locks for individual units or you can bring your own. There's no shortage of supplies for what you need to move your stuff in, unlike other storage facilities in town. They're location is in a great spot just off of the 281/1604 junction. The management is always looking for ways to accommodate their renters. They even offer a military discount for active duty. I'm very pleased with the service and experience and I highly recommend them.

I could write a novel about Kandi and how sweet and pleasant she was to work with. I recently filmed a video to propose to my girlfriend and needed a storage space to get a particular look for my shots. Kandi received my request online and reached out almost immediately. She was unbelievably helpful from beginning to end and I seriously can not sing her praises enough. On top of providing great customer service, her interest in what I was working on was what really stood out. I honestly think she was just as excited about the video proposal as I was! I feel like I gained a true friend in Kandi, as well as the rest of the incredible staff there at New Braunfels Storage. Thank you so so much!! I would not have been able to pull off the amazing video without your help!!! By the way, she said YES :)

With all the new climate controlled storage places in the area now, there is more competition so you think priicing would stabilize, right? Heck no... they went up 15% ! I would most definately shop around before making your choice to store here. They are using their location and the new residences building in their back yard to their leverage.. The last place I had was purchased by Cube Smart, they are just as bad and provide a 10 page contract covering them from any liability for your loss if one occurs. Take your money you would spend and build a nice storage building at your home... Over a year it will cost the same then you pay nothing. Buy a high efficency thru the wall 110 A/C unit, insulate your walls and reflect your roof and you will still pay less long term. "purge and choose"

I'm new to San Antonio, so you don't know this about me yet, but I don't give out 5 star reviews…read morewilly-nilly. 5 stars are for those who go above and beyond. 5 stars are for the cream of the crop. And here I am giving one of my rare 5 star reviews, so you can imagine how stupid I feel because I forgot her name. I told myself I wouldn't do that and I did. My stupidity aside, this is your place and she is your gal. First, I ordered a unit online and that was so easy. Then I called and organized the delivery of moving pods. Which sounds easy, but working with moving pods was harder than I thought it would be. And she was so nice through all of my confusion and went out of her way to help me. Which I really appreciated because I was very stressed out at the time. Then the moving day came and I had issues with the moving company and the pod company and organizing the two. I spent the whole day in the parking lot waiting on people. And I ended up having to go into the office several times that day, for various odd reasons. Every time, she had to get up and come open the door. I felt really bad about that. But she continued to be smile-y and helpful. It was a hard, painful day for me and she was the bright spot. Thank you, B--something. Oh, it's on the tip of my tongue. Paying the bill is really easy. I pay by phone, but there are, like, 3 or 4 other ways. I have a great unit. The grounds are secure. I am very happy with my whole experience.

I've been a customer of US Storage Centers for over a year, and they initially offered some great…read morerental deals. However, they gradually increase the rent for the same unit, which is a blatant scam. They also claim that the unit's price will increase in 30 days, but a few days later, they charge the new price that was supposed to be implemented 30 days later. The company is incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive, especially the management. I've visited their office three times to address these issues, and they promise that Yolanda Pena will contact me. She never does. I've also called their number and spoken to the call center, who assures me that the property manager will contact me. Yet, she never does either. Overall, US Storage Centers is a terrible company that shows no regard for its customers, rent elsewhere.

After the 6 months, we went to load our belongings to find our unit and all belongings were infested with crickets. From storing our home belongings before, we knew there would be some insects etc. but not at all to this degree. We had the person on duty come look at our unit and belongings and she was as disgusted as we were. She even warned us that crickets carry diseases such as salmonella and ecoli. We asked them to cover with the bill for disinfecting the cloth furniture(which was all wrapped and they got under the cellophane) and they declined, would only pay for half IF we signed a non disclosure agreement.
