Three years ago we bought a home in Heritage Hill Country, it had a RH Peterson gas log. about two…read moreweeks ago it started to act up (the lighting process was not what we had been experiencing in the past) we d found out that Hill Country Propane was the distributer for our gas log. we call them, Chris came out and addressed the issues, based upon what we said the made some adjustments said if the issue presists call them, it did, Eric came out, we provided additional information, he spent almost an hour and identified the issue, a the valve was stuck open, the made some adjustment, said if the issue come back, call and they will replace the valve. when we asked what we owed, both Chris and Eric said NOTHING, since they installed it, adjustments are free. After the 6 months, we went to load our belongings to find our unit and all belongings were infested with crickets. From storing our home belongings before, we knew there would be some insects etc. but not at all to this degree. We had the person on duty come look at our unit and belongings and she was as disgusted as we were. She even warned us that crickets carry diseases such as salmonella and ecoli. We asked them to cover with the bill for disinfecting the cloth furniture(which was all wrapped and they got under the cellophane) and they declined, would only pay for half IF we signed a non disclosure agreement.

Based on my first impression I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone whose time matters to them.
