When first started going, the neck rub was included free with nail service, I got my nails done first and no massage was given. When I got my pedicure, it clearly states, if you upgrade the massage is included in the price. It's not worth me traveling the distance to get my nails done, they aren't immaculate so I wasn't impressed. I guess all good or great things don't stay the same. You win some!! But not all the time. Her technician stopped mid-service to work on another client, leaving my daughter waiting while I sat finished.
