I live nearby so I try to make an appointment but if I forget or find an opportunity to go, they are accommodating. I get beautiful nails a through waxing and great massages here. I'm not an acrylic or gel manicurel person so I can't speak to those things....my gel pedicure was perfect though too. Always polite and reasonably priced. The nail tech pulled a used nail file out of the drawer and started filing my nails. Nail files spread fungus. They should be coming out of a sanitizer or brand new. The other tools were wrapped. I really hope my one trip to the salon didn't give me nail fungus. read more

I found Salon Tiffany while looking for a nail salon near me in a safe area and found this gem. I called to see if they take walk-ins or if i would need to make an appointment for a regular manicure and was offered an appointment the same day at 5:00 pm. I parked in their small lot, arrived on time and greeted as soon as I walked in. The salon was very quiet with soothing music playing and the news was on with no sound, just the close captioning. There was no heavy chemical smells in there either. The lady who greeted me showed me to the wall where the regular nail polishes were (not a huge selection of colors). One thing I did notice was that my nails were not soaked in warm soapy water prior to my manicure. I take it that stuff put on my cuticles was softener. My manicure was cool and I liked the hand massage. Oh, during the manicure a warm towel was placed at my back with the pillow in the chair which was nice since it was a cold, rainy evening. After my manicure the young lady asked me to pay which was fine because there is nothing worse than messing up your nail after you think they are dry to dig in your wallet to pay. Please note that cards are accepted for amounts over $20. Anything under $20 you have to pay cash or check. They do have an ATM on site to use that only charges you $1 for your money which is pretty rare these days. Lastly, while my nails were drying my technician asked me if I would like a little neck and shoulder massage and I said yessss. It lasted about a minute or two but it was a nice touch as I sat to dry my nails. They also use a quick drying, glossy top coat so I was not sitting there for 2 hours drying my nails lol. Overall, wonderful experience and I will be returning for more services. read more

This is by far my favorite (and my family's favorite) nail salon in the area. The salon is nice and clean inside, and feels like a spa. They use great brands of polish (OPI and Essie mostly) and always have at least one new color collection on display for the season. I am always indecisive with colors and they are friendly about switching the color if I'm not happy with it when they starting applying the polish. The salon is usually pretty busy so it is best to make an appointment. The technicians are friendly and the work is consistently great among them. I think a manicure is $13 and a gel manicure is $25. Eyebrow waxing is ~$8. This may be a little more than other salons, but I think it is worth the few extra bucks to get my nails done well. read more

I have only been a couple of times when I am in town visiting, but I wouldn't go anywhere else! It is my Philly friend's go to place. My pedicure nail polish lasted a full 7 days on the beach and for weeks after. Money well spent and the upgrade to the spa treatment (~$33) with the leg massage is a must. Great nail salon with lots of stations and pretty good polish choices. It's usually a bit crowded, but normally well worth the wait. It is not too pricey (other salons in the neighborhood charge upwards of $10 more for pedicures, for instance), and you do get a back massage while your nails dry. And if you really love your back massage, you can pay extra and get a longer one. This salon also does some sort of non-surgical "liposuction". I haven't dared ask about it but it seems interesting. read more

My two sisters, mom and I paid salon Tiffany a visit the day of my sisters wedding. We booked in advance and by upgrading to the green tea pedicure we were set up in the private upstairs room. After picking colors we went upstairs and I was quickly rushed into my chair to get started. The pedicure was very nice but I could tell I was being rushed a bit. My toe nails were unevenly cut and didn't look as well as I hoped. Next was my gel manicure. This turned out great until two days after when it started to chip. After paying extra for gel I expected at least 5-7 days without chipping. But I got three. The staff was genuinely nice and the manager checked in to make sure everything was going well. I wish I had better things to say but I was overall not impressed with the mani pedi If you need a quick job, I would recommend this place. But if you have time to spare for a quality, relaxed experience, I would go elsewhere. read more

Was visiting from the West Coast and had scheduled an apt for a pedi & an SNS manicure. The only reason I scheduled with this salon is because they assured me they did SNS manis when I called 17 days in advance. Well I arrive and they do not have SNS. I already have SNS on my nails (been getting SNS manis for 2 yrs) so I know the process of removal very well. I told them they need to foil wrap to remove and they did not listen. My tech argued with me and removed by Dremel. She ruined my beautiful, healthy nails and filed my naturally long nails to nubs. My pedi was just ok. They do not use liners in their tubs. The techs argued with each other and with a customer who was merely trying to inform them that they had given her too much change. Their techniques and services are dated. If you're used to current techniques and health safety standards I'd steer clear of Tiffany's. read more

Since my old nail salon was sold my mom and I have been in search of a new salon to call home. After reading lots of reviews on Yelp we decided to try this place. The salon is nice and very well kept and the foot and neck massage we great. But besides that we did not have a good experience here. We both got the impression that the motto here is "get them in and out." My mom and I both agreed those were the quickest pedicures we had EVER had. The staff was friendly enough but several times we got the impression they were talking about us right in front of our faces. We were really excited to try this place but our experience was the worst we've had in a very long time and will not be returning here :( read more

I love this place it is clean, and quiet. I've gone to other places hoping to get a different colors or chrome but other places suck at painting my nails as I prefer them on the shorter side. I can walk in with feet that look like they've been through some trauma, and they just sprinkle their magic dust and my feet look normal again. This place gives the BEST Pedicure. Gina gave me the best foot massage and I was in heaven! Then they rub your shoulders while your nails dry! This place is on the more expensive side,but they have a beautiful interior and the massage can't be beat. Just had a terrible experience here. Do not go here. Went in for a gel manicure, did not make an appointment and was seen by Donna. She rushed through the entire manicure, didn't soak my nails after filing, didn't clean them or touch my cuticles. When she started the manicure I noticed it was uneven,bumpy, a hair was even stuck in one- I told her and she brushed me off and kept putting coats on top of the mess. Then she forgot to put oil on one of my hands and ran upstairs. I showed the owner the mess she made and she had two other people taking turns to fix them?? but I was told they weren't done well because I didn't make an appointment... I said "so I don't get a good manicure if I don't make an appointment?" I am extremely angry. They Wouldn't take responsibility for any of it. rude and poor job, do not recommend at all!!! read more

I had a French manicure here for my son's wedding. I was charged a $5 up charge for selecting Essie polish. My nails chipped in less than 24 hours. When I went in a day later to show them all they could do was ask Gel or regular? Why didn't they suggest gel in the first place? No offer to accommodate me at all. I will NEVER have my nails done here again. They do not sanitize their instruments except for spraying with Sea Breeze. Save your money and go elsewhere. You will most likely get better service and a much better value/price. read more

Nice quaint salon. The salon appeared clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. My nails look nice. I'm not a fan of the color, which is not their fault, but it looks like it was professionally done. The phone rang many times with people making appointments which says a lot. The nail tech cared about my opinion and immediately removed the color when she felt hesitation from me. She also cared about the quality of her work. I have been eyeing this salon for years but was turned off by the parking, but I was able to find parking in the evening. If your prefer three coats of gel polish, I get the impression from this salon that you have to ask. read more

I LOVE this place. My friend recommended Tifffany to me andI have been going for manicures, pedicures and waxings for a few years and haven't found a better deal OR any pace that does a better job. I certainly get more than what I paid for. The staff is very friendly and all of them always say, "Hello, Daria!" and "Bye, bye Daria!" when I arrive and leave. I have never felt rushed or spoken about, so I do not understand some of the other negative comments. Just because the ladies speak Korean doesn't mean they're are talking about their customers! Maybe some paranoid people feel that way but it's ridiculous. They are the friendliest manicurists I've ever met and they cater to and pamper women and men of all races. Only once did I have a problem with a gel manicure. It didn't seem to "take", so a week later they redid the whole job at no cost. A WEEK later! Now, that's service! Their massages are a wonderful freebie and I won't go anywhere else. I have even taken my daughter, my 96 year old mother, and out of town guests for services and they all love the place. This was my 3rd or 4th visit. I went back because I had good experiences there. This time was very different. I took my niece with me for girl time. I asked for special pedicures called green tea because they involve hot rock massage. My niece' pedicure was the fastest I have ever seen. My pedicure was the worst painting I have ever had on my toes. I asked for a color change because I wasn't happy and they gave it to me but that didn't help. The young lady just could not paint toenails, period. After we received our $94.00 worth of services, I gave my niece tip money and I had tip money (even though it wasn't happy with my services). As we were walking out, the front desk lady stopped me and said that I didn't give the minimum tip. That was EFFING CRAZY! They are lucky I gave any tip at all. I've never had a business tell me how much tip to give. I was so upset and I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!! It was very disappointing. I keep wanting to love this place. It's in the neighborhood. It's very clean. It's not awful. But like some others have said, I always feel rushed there, especially if it's the summer or a Friday. Most of the ladies are nice, but you do get the sense that they're talking about you. The final straw was today when my big toe was cut during the pedicure. well, I wasn't particularly wow'd. They were ok. I felt the whole place was just a big rush to get one person in and the other out. The woman who did my pedicure did not rush so that was good. The owner ( I am guessing she was the owner) was constantly talking loudly to the other salon techs and across the room. When I was waiting for my nails to dry, I was asked to pay right then, which was a bit odd. When i got home and had time to examine my toes, I noticed areas that were missed on my pinky toes and on the side of my other nail. While I was getting a pedi, a young girl went in to get a bikini wax. The door was shut and one of the workers there knocked on the door to get something and then the door opened and she was handed towels. That to me was a bit of a privacy invasion. My first time there was great! So much so that I kept going back, even took my boyfriend for a pedi. After a while I stopped getting special treatments (a massage while my nails dry, or even conversation about my day and or family). I got inside info that my tips were not "big enough". Even so I kept going. I didn't have a main person, I kept getting bounced around even though I was a regular customer. The last straw was when my mom and aunt was visiting and I took them for mani's and pedi's, the owner/manager looked at their feet and refused to see them. Whether I get my nails done, get a massage, or get waxed, I always leave satisfied. After every manicure or pedicure they give me a massage while my nails are drying which is a bonus!
