Relaxing experience! I always get a ManiPedi which takes about an hour with a wonderful back massage while my nails are drying.

I was so pleased with this place! It has a very calm atmosphere, playing soft music. It is absolutely immaculate. It is the cleanest nail spa I have ever seen. The proprietor is soft, spoken and polite. She did such a beautiful job on my nails. Clearly, she takes pride in her work. She asked me at several points if I liked what she was doing. She was very gentle, very skilled and professional. She did a thorough and careful job. She gave me a wonderful hand, massage and warm towel. To my surprise, after she politely seated me at the dryers, she proceeded to give me a wonderful bath massage! She charges the same as most other places in the area, but provides superior service and superior facilities. I was very pleased to have discovered this place. I would not suggest going here. Came in town and this was the only nail salon with availability with two nail techs.... this is why. I do my own manicure at home, so I'm pretty well versed in the take off process. The lady wanted to file all my gel off, rather than soak it. I was very uncomfortable with this but she insisted. She proceeded to file and go the remainder of my pedicure, leaving some toes polished. I can continue to tell you about this terrible service, but you get the idea. I love this place. I've tried a few others in the area and this one for me had great service with good pricing! I pay $62 for gel manicure and regular pedicure. The pedicure includes a stone massage and the manicure includes a mini shoulder massage that always feels great. The technicians are so lovely. They take your temperature when you enter and there are work stations in between folks plus glass barriers between client and technician for manicure. read more

Have literally been sitting waiting for over 30 minutes to get my nails done then I ask how long and she asks what I want and tells me she is going to go eat first so now I'm stilling even longer. YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU've PAID FOR! The only reason I went to Pinki Nails is because it was the only one open on January, 2nd with good reviews. I don't understand why ppl give them 5 star reviews, confusing others... The place was recently opened, therefore, its clean and equipment is new. The staff is friendly. But thats about it for the positive side. First of: their polish selection is unbearably poor! The small shelf on the wall was missing lots of colors and shades (not even talking about chrome, neon, and the long lasting brands). Condition of the existing polish wasn't promising either. I chose Green Tea Spa Pedicure for $51 She pored almost boiling-hot water for pedicure and my feet burn badly. When it comes to massage, she had no idea that massage means to press a bit harder than caressing. When I asked her 3 times to press a little harder as she goes, she rolled her eyes. Next, their tools: old and doubtful for cleanness. She put a plastic bag on my feet(!) to wrap it while the product was absorbing, then she took it off and put the same bag to my other foot(!!) - what a cheap service for $51 There was nothing about the promised Green Tea spa as I've done it 100s of times in different salons in downtown. The remote for the massaging chair wasn't working properly and had an unpresentable appearance. Now gel manicure...she skipped a whole bunch of steps that usually take to complete this service. Without any product she scrubbed my nails, leaving scratches on them! Thanks God that polish covers all of it after all. In the end she wrapped my hands with a boiling-hot towel again! They should cool it down a bit after taking out from the warmer/sterilizer. Without even checking with me if the temperature is ok fir me, just like with the pedicure tub. Such a shame I wasted money on it. read more

ZERO STARS! There is only ever 2 techs. I went in to get gel removed from my toes only. No paint job needed. She told me to wait 10 minutes and had me wait 20 mins until I left while the nail tech started giving this woman a freakin massage! I'm like, never again. Don't lie and say 10 minutes when you're going to take over 20. read more

I can not believe how amazing this place was. I rarely ever get my nails done because I'm always intimidated, feel rushed, and feel like I can't ask for what I really want. Janice made me feel the complete opposite. She asked me after everything if what she had done was okay and of course it was because it was all amazing. But she definitely went above and beyond and was patient with me and gave exceptional customer service. She made me feel like I had been going there for years with how warm and welcoming she was! Went here for the first time today. Got a pedicure and eye brow wax. No waiting which was great. The woman who did my pedicure was professional and provided an awesome foot/leg massage. The eyebrow wax was also done carefully. The salon is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Customers seemed to know one another and the feel of the salon was relaxing. Wish I can give them no stars! I had 2 nails that popped off the next day! I had a fill in with a couple broke nails and a regular pedicure that totaled out to $81.00 ... never will I go back. I found a place called strawberry nails and they did an amazing job! I'm from Florida and only here for the summer. I went the to get a Brazilian wax. The woman there told me the lady doing the waxing won't be there until next week. It didn't sit will with me so I called after I left and ask to make an appointment today for a wax and of course I could! So I asked her why did she tell me I could get a wax when I was in there earlier and she was silent on the phone. Will not ever go back there again. Guess she was intimidated by my brownskin. This is the only review I've ever written of a non food related establishment because it is THaT wonderful. The owner knows me by name, is so kind and happy and personable. She stayed late today to get me in for a mani pedi and still took her time and did an amazing job (great foot massage and hot stone back massage!).
