I'd say the best more relaxing nail salon in Simpsonville!!! I love it here!! I always leave in a haze because I bout fall asleep and once I walk out I have to bring myself back to reality. read more

I'm fairly new to the Simpsonville area. Tried another nail salon and wasn't very happy with my nails so I decided to try this place. Tiny did my nails/pedi and did an amazing job. I showed her a picture of the nail shape I wanted and she 'nailed' it. Left there loving my nails. I found my spot!! I will definitely be back to see Tiny again!! read more

Horrible customer service. Try to charge more than the prices they have posted on the walls. Only do one coat of clear polish. That act like it's an inconvenience when you asked for a second coat. Clearcoat was bubbled and they tried to say it was my fault for bumping my nails. Overall horrible experience, very unprofessional. I do not recommend. read more

The salon is clean and the service is excellent! They were very efficient and the ambiance was very relaxing.

Scheduled an appointment for 11 am, appointment was confirmed and when i showed up for said appointment, the place was empty.

Not impressed at all. They were nice, but spoke more to each other than the customers. The lady asked if I wanted my nails trimmed, really.? There was no relaxing vibe at all. read more

This was my first and last time at this salon. Had I read other reviews before coming, I would t have even come so here's another one to tell you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Their pricing inside is much different from what's online. When I questioned the employee and brought up the website they said it wasn't their website although it clearly said Annie Nails at 404 Harrison bridge rd suite E. This is absolutely unprofessional and multiple employees wanted to argue with me about what's on THEIR webdute! Not to mention that they tried to charge me for something I clearly did not ask for. I made very clear the services that I wanted on more than one occasion. This actually happened to my mom as well. BEWARE AND CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. they should be ashamed. My friend left today with 4 nails where her cuticles are bleeding out. read more

Love this salon, I've never left unhappy. The staff is friendly and great at what they do! Highly recommend

New in town and have tried several nail salons. Everyone at Annie Nails was very nice and Lynn did a fantastic job! They were dipped. Not to thick and very natural looking. I found my new salon!! :) read more

My daughter and I went here to get our nails done before we went on our family vacation this year. I had been before and received good service. However that was not our experience this time. When showing the two different techs what my daughter would like her toe nail design to look like and them persuading her to use different colors the end product was NOT what we asked for at all. I asked them to redo the nails because that was not what she asked for. Which seemed to be a total inconvenience for them. My nails were done in the powder dip which he only put one coat, which I have always had at least two every where else I had been. When he asked the shape I would like my nails he then told me it would not look right on my nails. I appreciate his opinion however it was unnecessary. I have my nails done in the same shape every time. My nails lasted a total of 3 days before cracking and chipping. Which typically doesn't happen. Poor service, bad attitudes, and mediocre work for high prices. read more

Every-time i 've went I receive good service, staff is friendly and at . I do however a problem with how they charge which I'm still confused about. I get the dipping powder which is just my own nail . Which should be around $45 this time when I went I got the same thing but was charge $60 cause I choose a different color and it wasn't white an pink either . A bit upset about that read more

I went here because my normal nail salon was closed this was a BIG MISTAKE. I am so upset the gel on my nails is lumpy and bumpy. I shouldve trusted the previous reviews. It literally looks like a child could've filed and painted my nails. I now have to get them fixed at dream nails this week. Never Again read more

This is my go to nail shop. The people are friendly and the service has always been good. They even offer free drinks. I asked for a special simple design to celebrate the holidays. My only complaint was that don't do well with designs. I learned this the hard way. I asked for a design the nail tech confirmed he could replicate it 3x's. He didn't complete the design and proceeded to do my manicure. When I expressed concern another nail tech explained " he didn't do designs. Frustrated at this point I let another nail tech complete my design. He couldn't complete the design. I showed him a secondary design. His version vaguely depicts the original. I was tired and had more errands to run. I woke up and still didn't like the design. I will be finding another shop to fix it today. PROS: Friendly Drinks Great Spa Pedicures Good Prices Cons: Not good at designs. Depending on the tech mis- communication. read more

After a terrible experience at another salon, I called Annie's Nails since it was on the way home. Even though it was right at closing time, they welcomed me in and took amazing care of me. For the first time, my nails came out looking exactly as I wanted! Lee is amazing at what she does and even follows up with me for appointments. It may not be the fanciest or the biggest nail salon in town but if you go to Lee, she will make sure your nails look amazing! Thanks Lee!! read more

I came here since it was close to my House and was in need of a pedicure. I am NOT satisfied at all. The lady that did my pedicure did a horrible job. She didnt do anything for my cuticles and did it in such a little amount of time. I will not be coming back here. Very disappointed. My pedicure looked better before i came to the salon. Never again. read more

The older man who does the dip nails is incredibly rude. I ask for shorter nails and he reply to me with an attitude. He didn't like me to ask to cut and file my nails. He also almost forgot a step when going them and he glued my skin to the tip of one of the nails. He didn't give them any shape and you could tell he got aggressive if you ask him to fix something he did. Awful customer service. read more

Customer service was bad. Only plus is they serve margaritas. The salon was pretty dirty. Got my nails done and two days later they looked like the pictures attached. I went back in to see if they would redo and they told me it was my fault for getting regular polish, not gel polish (this has never happened to me with regular polish). She said she would fix two nails. I asked if I could pay an upgrade fee for gel since I had JUST paid to get them done and she asked for the full price. At this point, I checked the prices of the much nicer salon across the street and they were the same. I said thanks and left to the other salon and paid for a whole new set of nails and dip powder. Very happy with my nails at the other salon and will be writing a review on them soon :-) read more

This place was decent. There was no wait when I went in on a Saturday evening. My pedicure was great. The lady took her time and made sure everything was done thoroughly. I went to the table to do my full set from a different lady and I was very displeased with the quality of work. My nails were uneven and I told her about it twice and she did not fix them. I wanted my nails a longer length and she cut them shorter than what I wanted. She put a lot of layers of the gel nail polish, Making my nails look very lumpy. All in all I felt like she was in a rush and she did my nails poorly. They did not come out good. I recommend getting pedicures here not manicures nor full sets. read more

Terrible spot! Nails fell off in less than a week of having them done. Please don't go unless you're interested in wasting your money!

From the first time I came to this salon, the staff has always been very welcoming. Even though I live all the way in Spartanburg, I still drive over to this salon in Simpsonville to get my nails done every 3 weeks or so. I usually just get fills because my nails NEVER pop off when I get them done here they are always very secure. Lee, the woman who owns the salon, and her husband Kevin (who also works at the salon) remember exactly what I like and they're always so sweet. I usually have Kevin or Lee do my nails, but I've never seen anyone do a bad job there and they have plenty of regulars. I hear Julie is also great! Even when the salon is busy, they do their best to get everyone seated as quickly as possible and I don't see employees wasting much time chatting or lounging around the salon on their phones like I have seen in other salons. I've never had a very long wait when I come in. It's not the biggest salon, but it's nice, clean and always friendly, which is what I care about! read more

I loved getting my feet done but unfortunately I will not go back. On my 2nd fill in the older man did my nails for the second time and on Tuesday one of my nails came off and I noticed nail fungus. I took the rest of my nails off and another one had nail fungus. On my day off I go in to let them see it and he was very argumentative about it and in his words thinking I was coming in to try to get a free full set. No Sir. I make good money that's not a problem. I just wanted them to see the issue. Its sad that his only concern was money NOT LET ME PUT SOMETHING ON IT OR ANY QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO MY FREAKING NAILS. WONT GET ANYMORE OF MY MONEY... read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I had gel on my toe nails so instead of soaking them, the lady took out the electric file and not only took off part of my real nail but also the skin around my toes. I had blood running from my feel. They continued to use the regular equipment and they did not disinfect it before the next person sat down. I kept asking the manager to tell my nail tech to stop because she did not understand me. The manager kept promising things and talking to the lady but she continued. My nails are a mess. Not one good thing came from my visit! read more

Most horrible experience I have ever had with a nail salon!! I complained about my nails chipping and they were very argumentative, the husband and young lady. The husband came out of no where; unclean and dusty. They were so rude but told us we were! read more

I walked in and asked how long for 3 gel manis and one full set. They said 30 minutes and to come back. We did and I was helped right away. My mom waited a bit then she was helped. While my sister and my niece were COMPLETELY forgotten about. They were asked to sit in chairs but were then merely looked passed. A woman even came in after us and sat next to my mom and was helped with a full set, which was what we were waiting for as well. My gel mani is sub par, bumpy and not filed correctly. I will not be coming back unfortunately, as my niece and sister were NEVER helped. We left with only 2/4 services completed. Unfortunate as they were so kind. read more

I went here for the first time recently and has pleasantly surprised. I had noticed this nail salon before, but never really paid it much attention. After going to the same nail salon for the past four months and always getting different, unpleasant outcomes, I decided to try a new salon. I picked somewhere closer to home in Simpsonville, and I came here to Annie Nails. The staff was so professional with my pink and white set, the nail tech was so particular about my nails and told me up front how much it would be before we started. Not like some places where you wonder what is going to be tacked on before you pay. I highly reccomend this salon and I will be a loyal customer from now on. read more

Would give a "no star" if possible. Under new ownership ! I have going to Annie Nails for years but recently the experience has been less and less enjoyable to the point of unacceptable. I had gone before and really loved the color I choose so I logged the color number in my phone, when I requested the color number this visit the technician simply would not get that color but instead brought a different number and insisted it was the same as that which was on my nails. I know, how does she just refuse right? Well it was not a language barrier as her English was as good as mine. Because I was in a rush and needed my nails done desperately I just went for it. Needless to say it was the wrong color, darker. This did not make me happy as I was rather confused by the entire episode. Also while sitting there I saw two other women being spoken to and treated very disrespectful, one about a nail repair, actually it was insinuated she was lying; the other was discussed in a disrespectful manner once she returned to her car to get something out, mind you they had not started doing her nails. Since the visit last night I realized these things happened to women of Color! I'm not certain the new owners have not bought into stereotypes and some how think their behavior is acceptable and will be tolerated. We'll I have an announcement I intend to spread the word ! I strongly suggest they inquire and seek diversity training !!!! Imagine that, they have the nerve to display racist tendencies... read more

I had the best experience at Annie Nails! I came in before my bridal portraits with a complicated request. Lee knew exactly what I wanted and did so at a good price. I was very impressed with how efficient the staff was at getting customers seated quickly (even with a rush of people right before closing). Also, this is one of the cleanest nail salons I have ever been to! Everything was sanitized and taken care of properly. I will definitely be back! read more

I had the nicest nail tech named, Julie. She did a beautiful job and I wouldn't go to anyone else or another salon. Give her a call!

By far the best place in Simpsonville to get nails done. Always do a pretty good job and my nails usually stay on for about 3 week or more with the acrylic. Gel nails (with the fake nails) usually last about 4 plus weeks. Wait time is about 10-15 minutes. Can be pricey depending on what you get but they always give you what you ask for. They DONT try to add all the extra stuff to increase the price, like other places do. Which is a plus. read more

Not happy, I spent $132 for 3 pedis 2 mani polish had hair in it, I was specific about my design, not even close I could of done it myself, my pedicure sucked, she did not even scrub or rub my feet, my daughter, who is 8 got a deeper pedicure than me, oh and the BEST part is I haven't done ANY housework, since I am on a business trip and my expensive gel polish is chipping after only 4 days!!!!!! They are nice but not good, oh I almost forgot, my eyebrows were ruined, I bled from BOTH eyes, and I never had before!!!!! read more

Update to initial review: Yep, as suspected, old polish are indeed "watered down" with paint thinner as friend's polish job barely held up for a week and most have chipped off!! Never seen anything like it! Went to this place with a friend as a walkin. Heard this was under new management. Techs were friendly but place has serious issues. Pedicure sinks all have a disposable liner for each customer and the sinks were wiped down with disinfectant but... the tools are not sterilized there and are reused in the basket from customer to customer. Saw this with my own eyes. Clippers were just pulled out of a drawer and just placed back in the same drawer after it was used on a customer's manicure. Maybe the nail clippers are soaking in a bowl of cleaning agent in that drawer?? Don't think so! All the bottles of polish also look old and oddly, some appear "thinned out" --polish consistency usually gets thicker over time but my suspicion is that they must have mixed old polish with some chemical agent/paint thinner to use the bottle of polish down to the last drop! Place looks run down and needs an overhaul. Staff doesn't look well kept either for being in the salon/beauty industry. Call the health dept and get this place inspected and rated before anyone gets sick. read more

My daughter and i paid 50 dollars for the deluxe pedicure and they are horrible went back in to tell them the problems paint all over toes nails that were cut crooked and not filed aftwards theu said they would fix them and they shockingly mad them worse will never go again! I should have asked for the owner who my friend recommended. I just looked at the bottom of my feet and it doesn't even look like I had a pedi. Ugh so disappointing. The paint job isn't very good either. Oh well. Back to my usual place next time. read more

This place is dirty. I was grossed out the entire time I was there. The girl who did my toes did a terrible job. They look like a five year old did them blindfolded. I don't know what else to say except "Don't go there!". The girl next to me who was also getting a pedi, repeatedly asked the girl doing her toes, if she could please use clean utensils. I had to come home and sanitize my feet. Disgusting and never again. read more

I went there and I got a rash on my foot I got a pedicure and they got nail polish all over my skin and my friend and her whole toenail removed because she got an infection from the water they use because they don't clean out their bowls. It's unsanitary and staff there are rude. read more

Really wanted to like this place. Nice looking nail shop on the inside. Polish selection leaves something to be desired. I spent $45 for a decent pedicure and quite possibly the worst manicure I've ever gotten. My nails are uneven and look terrible. I pointed this out to her twice and she didn't seem very interested in fixing it. So, I came home and fixed them myself. I'll try a different salon next time. read more
