Plus, we needed to escape the incredibly loud live music playing at The Empty Pint... Right from the start, it's a more intimate setting and was much more relaxed. We grabbed a table inside with no trouble at all and ordered a flight of their "Draught Cocktails". The ladies working behind the bar were incredibly fun, friendly, and enthusiastic and really brightened up our night! We enjoyed all of these drinks but we really loved one called "Transfusion", which was their vodka, Welch's Grape Juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and ginger ale. We all wanted to buy a few bottles of this, if they made it, it was absolutely delicious! The price for the flight was very reasonable too and they gave you a nice pour for each. If you want food though, you'll need to take a short walk over to The Empty Pint, though I'd recommend just grabbing some appetizers, do a bigger meal elsewhere. My advice to anyone visiting Southern Tier Brewing Company would be to first come to The Empty Bottle and enjoy cocktails and the harder spirits then round out the evening, once it gets a little later, with a Pumking (while it's on draft) at The Empty Pint, up the road a few steps.
