We got a letter and asked for referrals. None were forthcoming. Apparently his former partners are regarding his patients as new patients. And none of the physicians will see us even though we paid the requested concierge fee for the PRACTICE in 2024 and 2025. Our physician friends have told us that typically during a retirement, patients are transitioned to other doctors in the practice. Not this time. So we're urgently trying to locate an acceptable primary care physician for my disabled wife and I after several decades as patients of Orchard Medical. The physicians left in Orchard Medical really don't care about anyone but their individual patients. They ought to be ashamed.

I sent my ex wife to him my current girlfriend , my best friend and recommend other friends to orchard . Kashian retired telling me he would set me up with another doctor , he is now gone and it's like Im a stranger to the practice . They won't get me in to another doctor and act like Im a new patient ! Like I don't exist no return loyalty. It all just comes down to the modern corporate play book get what you can and that's all that matters . The bottom line is all that matters . Older doctors that probably cared about the people are replaced by new business men that don't . To be set aside like this I think is the ultimate betrayal. It's hard to realize that you never mattered.

Dr. Raj was the worse doctor I ever encountered. She ruined my life for being incompetent. I had…read moredeveloped swelling in my legs. The swelling caused my blood pressure to be off the charts. Instead of determining what was causing the swelling and high blood pressure she kept trying to adjust my medication. To no avail, the medication did not work because she needed to correct the cause of swelling not the blood pressure medication. She looked up everything in a book due to her incompetency. She had no clue on how to control the swelling or my blood pressure until it was too late. Thus, the high blood pressure, over a few months time, caused my kidneys to fail. I had no kidney issues prior to this. I am now hooked up to a machine three times a week because she was in over her head and had no clue what she was doing. I do not recommend her, if you know what's good for you.

This doctor is highly irresponsible. I went over my medical history in detail (nothing that out of the norm) and let her know I've been taking a specific anti-anxiety med for the last 10 years with great results along with more homeopathic remedies. Fast forward to me needing a refill for said meds and the doctor as a nurse call to tell me she can not prescribe me this basic med (that my past 3 doctors over the years filled with no issue) because she basically did not believe in it and suggested I'd be better weaning off it all together! It unbelievable that a doctor who's only met me once would suggest I change my medication this radically. This is the second time I've been shamed by this medical group for taking an anti-anxiety med. I wish this doctor would have been upfront with me and tell me she 'didn't believe in these meds' to begin with and It would have saved me a lot of time and money. Now I'm back to where I started and have to go through the dreaded HMO once again to find a new doc who is in network and is taking new patients.
