I communicated that I was shaking, very lightheaded and felt as if I was going to pass out. I was completely unaware of what was happening with me. I did not feel there was a dire need in going to the hospital only to wait in a room. the woman at the front desk told me she's unable to take me and to sit and wait to see if anyone is willing to check me I sat for another 5-6 minutes and was told to leave because they are not able to help me. she then asked if i can drive or if I need an ambulance but there are doctors that can provide simple assistance behind the wall. I told her no and drove myself home. once I reached home my emotions were so high I started to have a panic attack and at that point and ambulance was needed. I am VERY unsatisfied with the care that I received at this establishment while I was the only patient in the office to tend to. If you have children or just going to get help for yourself I do not recommend your better off driving another 5 minutes up the road to Patient First!

But the call center staff that schedule appts are poorly informed, and clearly do not communicate well with the clinics. So what went wrong? First, the scheduler scheduled my 2 MRI appts back to back -- turned out that can't be done in this case. Next, by text, they cancelled the 2nd appt -- with under 24 hours notice. When I dalled the phone number (I tried repeatedly), it just rang and rang -- no answer, no recording. So I called the phone number in a differnt text and was told, "I see your 2 appointments; they aren't cancelled. Just igore that 2nd text!" When I arrived they said, "No the 2nd appt was cancelled -- these procedures can't be done on same day. the call center is wrong. You should have called the clinic (I did but that was the number that went unanswered!) Finally to top it off, they informed me for the first time that this particular center only has the older narrow type MRI machine. So I'd have to lie perfectly still, on my stomach, on the hard surface, with my arm fully extended above my head, for 40 minutes. The tech was honest, "Some people can't do it." I tried it but found it unbearable, especially for my shoulder. Honestly, it reminded me of pictures of the contorted positions Guantanamon prisoners were forced into as a form of torture that leaves no marks. Try it sometime on the floor; you'll see what I mean. I finally left the clinic, vowing to never return to Advanced Radiology. Never again!

The one about three years ago I got was sizable. I got a check in the mail today that the service was performed 4/29/24 and I just got it in the mail today which is the 28th of May 2025. Totally unacceptable. This comes from our HSA and apparently Advanced is so money hungry that they have to have it right then! Why not reverse the amount to the member's card or put a hold on it until it's paid....no, they don't do that. My daughter in law has had the same experience as I did coming off the card and her insurance paid for it totally. She too was hacked over this. Oh well, it works just fine now because the new group actually sends a bill and I pay it as soon as I get it. As for my care, experiences have always been somewhere between great and meh....a lot more of meh though. I've had a number mammographies that I thought they were going to kill me....and just when you thought they got what they were looking for, they call you back for a rescreen. Haven't had that so far with my new place. Time will tell...I just know that they have been much more caring than the majority of techs I've had at Advanced.

A friend of mine needed sutures, and after going to three different urgent cares, this was the only…read moreone that was able to readily take him in and provide care. There was no one else at this urgent care so he was seen right away, and the doctor was able to give him stitches as well as prescribe antibiotics in a timely manner. They explained that he should come back in a couple days to see if there is an infection and then in 10 days to get the stitches removed. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was very kind. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

The least you expect is a doctor who is welcoming, attentive, and actually listens. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. From the moment the doctor (Chinyere Uduhiri) walked in, the energy felt cold and dismissive. The Doctor didn't introduce herself. I had to repeatedly explain what was going on because it seemed like she wasn't listening. On top of that, the instructions given were unclear, which only added more frustration and confusion while already not feeling my best. At one point, I basically had to re-explain my symptoms and concerns again just to make sure they were understood. The nurse (Kimaya Crump) was the only positive part of the experience. She was kind, professional, and actually made me feel somewhat comfortable. Outside of that, I will not be returning to this urgent care, sadly as a veteran this is the place that the VA hospital sent me to. As a veteran, it's honestly disappointing. It's sad enough having to go to urgent care in the first place, but to leave feeling unheard and brushed off makes it even worse. This experience felt more like people were there for the money rather than genuinely caring for patients and their well-being. I will absolutely be letting the VA know about this experience because veterans deserve better treatment, better communication, and providers who actually care.

They combine diagnostic methods with chiropractic care with physical therapy. It's a different approach and one I think every PT should adopt. They keep an eye on your progress with concrete tests like xrays, nerve testing, balance testing, and chiropractic manipulation. It's great to be able to have tangible evidence of improvement. The facilities and equipment are clean and well taken care of, and everybody is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place. Take it from someone who has spent a lifetime dealing with physical therapy.
