After I checked in, several other customers came in, and even though I had arrived first, they were taken before me because they were getting gel services or a fill. When I asked why, I was told that those services take longer. In my opinion, that is not a valid reason to skip the order of arrival. Every customer should be served on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of the type of service they are receiving. Respecting each customer's time is an important part of good customer service. Since this salon just opened, I hope they take this feedback as an opportunity to improve. Great service is not only about the quality of the work, but also about treating every customer fairly and respecting the order in which they arrive. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed.

The clients were all regulars because she knew them all by name and asked questions about their family and they openly shared. It was a nice laid back environment. Mani and pedi special combo is 25 dollars. Gel nail manicure was 20 dollars. Just keep in mind that they charge an additional 5 dollars to remove shellac or gel nails. I liked my experience so much that I bought a gift card for my mom. I will definitely come back when I return back to the states.
