I've been a loyal customer of this nail salon for years, staying through three changes of ownership…read morebecause of the excellent technicians here Lynn and Emma are wonderful. Unfortunately, under the current ownership, the quality of customer service has declined sharply, and it no longer matches the beautiful renovation the salon underwent a few years ago. A nail salon should be an experience, and it once was here. That's no longer the case. On my last visit, I walked in for a pedicure. I've seen walk in's in for years no issues and it's welcomed, but the owner still asked if I had an appointment. A gentleman then walked me to a seat and placed a towel on the footrest but never started the service. He paced back and forth, went to the back, came out, then walked to the front of the salon all without saying a word to me. Meanwhile, another tech finished up with a different client and came over, but he then took the pedicure supplies meant for me and used them on someone else. It was obvious he simply didn't want to attend to me. After waiting and being ignored like that, I walked out! This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially for a customer who has stayed loyal through multiple ownership changes. I'll continue to recommend Lynn and Emma individually, but I won't be spending my money at this salon again.

It's going to suck not going to him as I'll be out of town but if you read this and want a nice haircut... Go. To. Tony.

I've tried other salons in Park Ridge but this place always has the best service. I walk out every time feeling like every cent I spent was worth it, and that says something about the care these ladies give because I'm very picky when it comes to my nails!! I go to Judy for my nails because I get fill ins but before I got them, I used to get my manicures done by Silvia or Carmen-- they both do fantastic jobs on my nails and are very friendly!! Judy does a terrific job shaping my nails to the way I want them and is great at picking colors. On days when I don't know what color or design to pick she has the best suggestions. I highly recommend Lucy or Mindy for pedicures and spa pedicures because they are very gentle and do an excellent job at trimming and shaping the nails. They pay attention to details and take extra care whenever I ask for something specific like my cutting my ingrown nails, which is also very much appreciated! I get massages from Joon time to time and they are amazing. He is so nice to everyone and is very skilled-- 10/10 would recommend! I love this place because they make me feel welcomed and valued. Every time I walk in they greet and smile at me warmly which is always much appreciated. I love the atmosphere of this salon because it makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. The workers here are very polite and friendly towards their customers and to each other.... I highly recommend trying this place!
