I have been a loyal customer of Anna's Nails for several years, but recently the service has become increasingly worse. I am a waitress, and mainly get pedicures for the customary foot massage. On my most recent visit, the pedicurist merely applied some lotion to my feet, without even the hint of a foot massage. Even worse, she used a razor another technician had just been using on another customer, without disinfecting it first, despite my request. Although I have gone to Anna's Nails for as long as I can remember, I will have to look for a new nail salon. read more

Very disappointing experience. My feet are only marginally better than after a regular shower and filing. Felt very rushed and most certainly not well done. Still have the callouses i came in with. Will not be going back. Ricky's in Morrisville left my feet feeling silky smooth for less money. Anna fails by comparison. read more

This is the best nail salon i have ever been to, and i have been to many in the tri-state area! I have moved to nyc and miss this nail salon terribly, i cant find a salon anywhere that comes close. Thankfully, my parents still live in yardley and I make sure to get my nails done when I visit them. The salon feels like a modern spa, the tools are sanitary and if you feel like splurging, the spa pedicure is heaven! I don't know why the reviews are so inconsistent. This was my go-to salon when I lived in the area. Everyone is nice, sometimes quiet, but quiet is nice too! Everything is clean & sanitized. They do an excellent job on gel & pedicures. My gel would last a good three weeks or more. If I wasn't so far away, I would definitely go back. Tip: Sundays during football season are ideal time to go as it's not too busy. read more

I was very disappointed with my trip to this salon. It is like a nail factory, tons of chairs, so i don't think anyone will have a problem being helped, except that they aren't really helpful. Their gel nails are made on sample sticks without the color names, they are just coded with numbers and letters. So if i wanted my toes to match, i was 'helped' by holding the nail up to 100 different nail polish bottles on the other side in hopes of finding a match. After several failed attempts at matching, i opted out of the gel entirely. Good thing i did, i have no idea what that would cost, but a regular manicure & pedicure on a Tuesday was $35! I certainly felt cheated. The girl was very nice, and i tipped her prior to the finished product since i had my wallet out, so in the end i spent $40 on a terrible manicure and an okay pedicure. Well, my nails were painted perfectly, but then when they went under the dryer, i don't know if it was the UV lights or heat or 'quick dry' topcoat my manicurist was prompted to use by the owner since it was closing time, but my nails came out all bubbled and to top it off, when i got home, the manicurist had taken my purse from my lap when i was moving to the dryer, and there was red polish in several spots on my tan leather bag. Perfect. NAIL FAIL. Will never go back. read more

The women who did the nails were rude, to the point that the woman that did my nails yelled at me for having to take a call from work during when she was doing my nails. The woman running the place said she would give me a free mani/pedi if I came back but never gave me any way to redeem it (not that I would come back though). Poor service for just an average manicure. Not worth the money or time. read more

Worst gel manicure EVER! Ignoring the fact the the place is not very pretty, the technician I had was downright awful. Her hair was dangling in the polish and she didn't bother to soak my nails to get the gel polish off - SHE JUST RIPPED IT OFF WITH CUTICLE TRIMMERS and it hurt. She then proceeded to cut my finger with an emery board. I didn't even think that was possible. It is almost a week later and my skin still hasn't healed. To top it all off - my nail edges were jagged, my polish had bubbles and smears, and the polish began peeling off within 24 hours. No one offered anything more than a quick "sorry" and all this torture and poor quality service cost $30??? I came to Anna's because someone gave me a gift certificate but I will never go back. I was here a year or so ago and got a gel manicure that did not make it 48 hours. I've had a gel manicure that lasted me two weeks without chipping and this is NOT the place to go. After, this not so great experience and it being close to home, I decided to give it another chance and get my acrylics off and new manicure. HERE THEY DECIDE TO RIP (literally) THEM OFF. I had to check to make sure my real nail was still on. I decided NOT to get a manicure because I just paid them to rip my nails up, which I could have done at home for free. Very efficient salon with hardworking technicians, all aiming to please. Great gels and pedicures that last. They do need to work a little on ventilation though, fumes can be pretty strong at times and they need someone who speaks good english to answer the phone and make appointments, altho they are very accomodating to walk-ins. read more

I went on a Tuesday for a pedicure and by Friday two of my nails had zero polish on them. This was by far the worst pedicure I have ever had (and expensive too). I would never recommend Anna's nails to anyone. I will happily drive 15-20 minutes from my house for better service, quality and product. read more

I asked the woman doing my eyebrows to simply even them out, instead I ended up with my right much thinner than my left. Also, I chose a white gel polish for my finger nails, and she did not put enough polish on, leaving me with splotchy nails. I was very disappointed with my visit and will not be returning. read more

Very disappointed with this nail salon. I've gone before, with my two daughters, and felt that their products were not "the best". I thought that I would find a different salon (which I will now definitely do) but it was convenient for me. I agree with the other customers that they are clean and sanitary, but the quality of the products and the attitude of the staff is less than professional. I went to get my nails done, prior to going away for a week. I was under the nail dryer two full cycles, sprayed with the hardening/ drying spray, and left to go to the nearby supermarket. My nails got dinged up just doing routine things. I was upset and went back to show them what had happened. The two salon ladies spoke to one another in their language, and I could not follow the conversation. They whisked me to a chair and started taking off the polish. I did not feel comfortable - I had food that could spoil in the car and it was 98 degrees out. The women laughed as I protested. I was shocked. The one woman worked on my nails as I explained why I couldn't stay and she continued to laugh at me. "Why are you laughing? I don't find this funny". The women insisted that I try another "color". Not surprisingly this nail polish worked quite well, did not take as long to dry (I left to get back to the car and get my groceries home) and did not "ding". I suspect the first polish had been "watered down" - something that had been in the back of my mind in previous visits. I would not recommend this as I have had unpleasant experiences and will not go back - no matter how convenient it is. read more

Very, very disappointed in my pedicure! I have been coming to this place for over 10 years and really only had one bad experience but this one needs to be shared. I had a regular pedicure this afternoon. Not crowded but felt rushed. The woman who did my toe nails was absolutely miserable. Just over the top nasty. No care, and rushed. I got a cramp twice in my foot from the way she wash washing then painting my nails. I said stop a minute and she was like no no I need to finish. FINISH I said you need to stop for just a minute. She clearly didn't understand I was getting a cramp in my foot. Then the best is she put the toes dividers on my toes and ruined 2 toes. THANKFUL that I brought my own polish with me and was able to remove and repaint the nails once I realized what she did. Not worth going back but to be honest this is just not acceptable for a $27 dollar pedicure. Might not be back. Reported her to the manager and they asked me to come back to fix not worth the gas or time. Bring your own polish - spare the grief! read more
