Anyhow worse thing is that the gel manicure lasted 5 days. I bet she skipped a step. I did ask her if she was in a rush and she said she only had so much time. It's a miserable place now with miserable people. I'm going where my business is appreciated. Also I think I too well and always call in advance. Only late once since they've been open.

Like actual rolled eyes. She had one of the other workers confront my mom about it. He was nicer than Ella, but after he was done, she kept talking about us to him. They just lost a lot of business from my family and from word of mouth. Rude customer service is a turn off - even if it's just from one single immature employee.
