I asked around for a place that was good and would fix nails done by another salon, and the general consensus was to go to Nails by Lindsay in Feasterville. Well, the name alone was enough to sell me but seriously, this place is amazing! Steven in particular is so good at recreating the random nail inspo photos I bring in for my manicures. My nails are always beautiful, and they last for the 3+ weeks it takes me to make it back for a fill or a refresh. I had a spa pedicure there 2 different times, and both times were soothing and professionally done. They also offer free gel for all pedicures, so you don't have to worry about waiting for nail polish to dry before you can put your socks and shoes back on. They accept walk-ins, but I recommend making an appointment because they're usually busy. I think that's a good thing because it shows that people in the community like the shop and want to patronize it. As a side note, while I was there today, a woman with a young daughter came in to get pedicures together. Since the girl was young, they offered to use nail polish on her toes instead of gel and gave her a matching manicure on the house. I thought that was so kind, and the little girl seemed to love her red sparkly nails! I would definitely bring the little girls in my life here and will recommend it to all my friends.

In almost every negative, she is combative & argumentative and then tells the customer "Do not return to my salon". That is a terrible way to do Business. All customers are allowed to fairly leave a review whether positive or negative based on their experience. But then for the OWNER to respond in that manner is very disturbing. I am a Business owner and I would NEVER treat my clients this way. The owner needs to take some life lessons on customer service and try catching more bees with honey. I have a few friends that used to come to this salon and have since found a new place to go to due to hostile experiences with the owner. If you are getting negative reviews there is a reason, improving yourself & the salon with criticism is what makes businesses better.

So, this place offered a welcome break from running around on a Thursday. It was pretty busy around 5:30pm but there were a few staff members available, and I was taken to my chair pretty quickly. My nail technician was pretty good, and took her time to ensure that my nails had sufficient layers to make them opaque. I enjoyed the leg and foot massage with my pedi and the paraffin wax and back massage with my mani. The interior is large and clean. All of the above being said, after almost a week, the manicure is definitely showing it's age (small chips at the corners, etc.). But, If I opt to get nail services again, I wouldn't mind coming here due to the friendly customer service.
