Worst salon management ever. I made an appointment the day before 10 minutes before my appointment. She calls me and asked if I can come over right now. I said yes I'll be there in 10 minutes. I get there and she had given my appointment to a walk-in. Then proceeded to insult my intelligence and act like that didn't happen. I sat there for a half an hour with those tinfoil wrappers on my nails. She kept saying five more minutes. I've been getting gel manicures for 15 years. I know how long it takes. I went to Anna's to get a pedicure and a gel manicure and it was the worst experience I've had at a salon. They asked me how long I wanted my nails, I approved a length and then after putting on the gel they filed my nails down before my finger to the point where they were filing skin. My stylist messed up the gel on one finger creating a bubble and she took it off by filing the polish but didn't stop the file and filed on my natural nail cause an extreme burn and ruining my nail health. She fixed the nail but created another bubble in the process and she didn't completely cure the gel down so I could peel it off 5 minutes after leaving. I paid and left to not have them hurt my nail again but I will never be going back. read more

Why do I even have to give one star in order to rate my displeasure with this establishment. I had been a regular customer for many years and had been fairly satisfied with the service there. Went today for I had thought was to be a "spa" pedicure but was actually a glorified foot rub. Previous "spa" pedicures had included a secluded room with paraffin wax , hot stones, and a refreshing calf massage. What I received today was a sham!!! The pedicurists were rude, rough and abrupt and spent the entire session speaking and laughing loudly .....a far cry from the relaxing experience I was craving When I expressed my displeasure with the service, all I received was a blank smile!!! Occasionally, some of the nail technicians aren't always the most experienced, so if that is important to you, you could probably ask for someone with it when making an appointment! I Have given this place the Benefit of the doubt every few years since 2012. First time I went it was Wonderful. Treated well, Excellent Service. Refill, Pedi, eye wax! #3 Visit Shorter Elderly Lady (found out later, Owner's Mother), Extremely Abrupt, Just Rude (I found myself apologizing to her)?? She was Extremely hard to understand, she did NOT understand me. She lopped a, "Glob" of was on my lip!! I was horrified, I had NO hair on my lip and knew from eyebrow wax, once area is waxed, you have to keep getting it done. I was in Shock & visibly upset. To say She was Rough, IS an Understatement!! Next item was regular Pedicure, Cold water, she was upset I asked for water to be warm. I'd say 2nd worst Pedi I've ever received. Twenty (20) second Scrub on legs. Heels and Callous area by Big toe NOT Scrubbed. I had to points out cuticles to be cut. That was a mistake, too busy looking at doors, I was cut all over. I got lukewarm towels and NO lotion put on legs. The paint job was so bad, I had to ask someone else to re-paint my toes as it looked like a child did them. I asked someone else to do my refill. About 2 weeks later I removed polish and My toe was Green!! I went to Dr. and dx'd w/fungal infection in my big toe. Nail split down the middle and I lost the nail. (Lovely Summer look)'n Fast forward 5-6 years (New Mgmt) in window. I went in got an Amazing Lady who did Spa Pedis. Definitely worth the $$ & removable bath inserts for Pedi's. It's a longer Pedi, but again worth it. Her name was either Lisa or Tina She was AMAZING!! Next person I saw when I opened my eyes, was the same Elderly Lady who had treated me so Awful!!! She kept checking in on her & hollering at her in front of me (the client) trying to relax after finally getting a, "Cancer-Free" dx. I paid $75 and all this Elderly Woman did was berate this poor girl (Who was The Best) Pedi person I had in Years!! This Old Woman kept Coming in, interrupting, yelling in Vietnamese (the last Salon I went to had closed, but they all taught me words & phrases. She kept telling her to Hurry up, taking too long, etc. The Elderly Lady Should be GONE with how Absolutely AWFUL She spoke to her and was shocked when I spoke back in Vietnamese, "You Rude!" Then in English Told her She's Ruined My Pedicure, Relaxing and I want Refund. The poor girl was shaking!! I went back for her & She quit!! What a Wonderful Job she did!! She did Spa Pedicure EXACTLY how they're supposed to be done. Set timer for each Step in was Perfect. I was able to get 2 from her. I WISH I could find her again. It's so RARE anymore to Find Someone NOT In & Out. I feel like a Number in an Assembly Line, NOT a Client!! There's NOTHING WORSE Than Being RUSHED THROUGH to two (2) or three (3) DIFFERENT PEOPLE for Services!! Let alone, HORRIBLE Services!! I've Given them way too many chances!! Not to mention, "Under New Mgmt" Sign. Husband took from Wife or Vice Versa. Just Deceitful!! NOT to Forget that Poor Girl that did Such a Beautiful job being talked about by ALL her co-workers in Salon. It's just Shameful, as it's Not hard enough being the, "New Girl!" However to be Screamed at in Front of Clients and talked about behind your back. It's just Disrespectful & Extremely Unprofessional to Clients. My nail tech just moved to this location, I was nervous, the only thing I knew was my nail tech was fantastic... but would the new place be welcoming, what was their selection, was it well kept. I walked in and was greeted by one of the nicest people. So sweet so welcoming. The place was beautiful Inside, very well kept. I came from the mall, and when they switched owners things really started falling apart. I only stayed because of Kathy. Have been coming here since I was a teenager with my mom and every single time I make the mistake of coming I leave regretting it. Each time they spend less than half the time it takes for my mom to get her nails done despite the fact that we are receiving identical services. There's nail polish all over my fingers and toes, scabs from being cut and cuticles ripped with no care or aftercare.. utter hack job. I'm legitimately embarrassed of my nails and will be taking the polish off and reshaping and moisturizing them myself as soon as I finish this review. On my toes she didn't even bother to get the final coat right bc all she cared about was going on break. How do you forget which is top coat and which is base coat? My toes look matte and ridiculous. Not to mention during the pedicure I got a hot towel only on one leg only.. guess half a pedicure Is fine here? Like did completely different things on both legs and later for my hands she almost burned my skin off with that towel. The manicure in particular was rushed beyond belief, no lotion no cuticle oil, nothing just completely hacked off my flesh then left it dry and bare. Completely unacceptable in every way. She couldn't have cared less. Just because someone has a young face doesn't mean you get to treat them with less respect or put in less effort. Thanks for the sore, janky nails. read more

I read all the reviews and was tentative about going here. It is right near my home so I checked it out. Clean and bright all the ladies were very nice. I had Kathy and she was wonderful. I have a condition that makes my skin quite frail and she was gentle and careful. They even insisted no nail polish on my fingernails as they were damaged from gel and needed to breathe. My old salon would of just painted them again! I had a good experience and will return. read more

Came here for a gel mani and had an amazing experience! I made an appointment before coming in, but they also take walk ins. Jenny did a fantastic job on my nails. The salon is clean and has a wide variety of colors to pick from. They also offer dip polish for people who want a healthy alternative to gel nails. Parking is easy in the lot. They also take tip on credit cards which is added bonus. Can't wait to come back for waxing and a pedi this summer! read more

My first Yelp review ever! I walked in for a basic manicure. Not a regular at nail salons but I go sometimes to keep up my cuticles and nails so I don't pick at them. In short, the job was rushed and sloppy. It took about 12 minutes total from the time I sat down to the time it was done. A woman was picking a color for what looked to be tips or a french manicure after me, which was what I attributed to why they so rushed me. No communication besides asking me for gel or top coat for $2 more. This was asked of me three times while I was there. My nails looked better when I walked in than when I left. Parts of my nails weren't painted and it was a bit translucent, even after 2 coats. The filing was rough. I am either painting over it tonight, just taking the polish off or getting them done elsewhere tomorrow. A waste of $13 and 25 minutes of my time (the bonus to it being so fast!). They don't know the value of treating customers well. I understand I was a walk-in but they have certainly lost a prospective future walk-in customer. Perhaps folks with more high-priced services get treated better. If so, then I don't like the place even more. As my nails were getting painted Nascar pit-crew style, I felt like an assembly line. Wouldn't have minded much except the end product sucked. I tipped them poor and was out of there. There are much better places in Yardley, PA! The folks at Express Nail are sweet as pie and always quality. I was closer to Anna Nails & Spa today so thought it would be fine to go there but now I'm driving the extra 5 miles for Express Nail. May even go there tomorrow to fix this! Thankfully, it's just nails :) read more

I have been here twice now since recently moving to the area. The first time was right before Easter and they were SO busy (exceeding the number of people permitted). I got an incredible pedicure - it was long and felt amazing. There was a partition between the technician and me for both mani and pedi. I got a gel manicure which was very quick and rushed, but looked great. They tried to suggest additional services which I always find annoying (eyebrow wax). There was a very friendly lady at the front desk. When I returned about 4 weeks later, I was greeted by an obnoxious man who kept shouting at me to hurry up and pick my polish and get seated. He also bothered my technician to hurry up the whole time and to help him with various things around the salon, even tho it was not busy AT ALL. This man had also called me 15 minutes before my appointment to ask where I was... he needs to chill out. I got a basic pedicure which was pretty bad- rushed, no real massage, and my technician kept having to stop and go help the pushy man. This continued for my manicure, which was also so fast - but looked pretty good (dip with tips). However, both visits there were no waivers/questions for COVID, no temperatures were taken, and gloves were not worn for my manicure. My technician also constantly checked and touched her phone and then me - which is not cool. Other salons are so much cleaner and take true precautions. They also do not use new tools each time, though some are sanitized (NOT ALL). I will be trying other places. read more

Definitely not the friendliest salon I've ever been to, but my nails look great. I opted for acrylics ($27; not bad!), and I'm really happy with them! Plus all of the tools were incredibly clean, and the whole place was definitely on its game when it came to keeping things sanitary. Another bonus was that I walked in without an appointment, and I only had to wait about ten minutes. My one complaint is that the salon as a whole is ever so slightly unfriendly. Nobody was openly rude to me, but there was nothing relaxing about this salon in my experience; it felt more like a manicure factory than a salon...if that makes any sense. If you're looking for a nice, reasonably-priced manicure, you'll get that here, but if you're looking for a relaxing day at the salon, go somewhere else! read more

I really like this nail salon. I go their fairly frequently for mani/pedi or gel nails. Their equipment is clean and the spa chairs are comfortable. I always see NITA and she does an incredible job. She is extremely detailed and reviews each nail very carefully to make sure the polish and skin looks perfect. I highly recommend requesting NITA. She is super friendly and easy to talk to. Horrible - My first experience I was rushed in and out of the place while the lady working on my nails was not friendly to say the least. Being that the location is pretty convenient to my workplace, I decided to give the place a second chance. I wish I never did. Again the staff was not friendly. The lady who did my nails was horrible. I had to have her clean up each nail one by one "after she was done" so that I didnt leave the salon with nail polish on my fingers. I am literally signing up for yelp today just to vent on how horrible the customer service is at Anna Nails and also how some of the staff members (as I cannot say all since I have been there two times) need some brushing up on their skills. I try time and time again to like this place, but I've come to the conclusion that is unlikely to happen. They do an ok job at best. My last visit I had a pedicure & gel manicure. I have sensitive skin and they are very roughy with scrub brushes on the tops of my feet (which is painful) and don't spend enough time on the bottom of my feet, which remain rough. Minimal leg massage, no hot stones and cut me twice during the pedicure. Gel manicure went better, except I was cut 3 times. After what felt more like torture then relaxation, at least my nails looked nice...for less than 24 hours. My thumb on my left hand and index finger on my right had had chipped the very next day. What was the point in going for a gel manicure if they don't last?! I was traveling for business and unable to go back to get them fixed. I also wish they gave you a shoulder rub while you are drying, like so many other places do. Which I find to be yet another lacking part of the overall experience. I have my naikls done here every 2-3 weeks. Like anything, some of the technicians are better than others, so I have learned who to ask for. I have built a relationship and never have a problem. If I do I ask for the owner Anna, and it is quickly remedied. Like almost all nail salons there is a language barrier, but I've found that a little compassion goes a long way. These girls work hard!
