This Korean nail house has one wall with blue tubbed foot soakers, and the other with small work stations for manicures, against the other. Carol took care of my feets with confident expertise. The hot soak, callus scrub, toenail clip job in all its detail, freed me of painful tootsies in 30 minutes, and the follow on massage of my calves almost put me to sleep. No toe polish, thank you very much, but that poster for the "Blueberry Spa & Salt," sounded pretty fascinating, but wasn't sure whether it was a rub-on or smoothie. The $35 was right for the quality work and very clean house. The $20 tip was appreciated, but I couldn't tell if Carol expected more. If she had attempted to engage in conversation rather than stick to a Korean chat with the other pedicurists, she probably would have garnered more and earned the business a fifth star.

Until it took a complete u-turn. The guy there was super rude towards me and my grandma he forgot to file her nails down an always rushed her appointments and she'd come home disappointed but it doesn't even begin to describe the one time I had come in and asked for a basic French tip and the whole time he was aggressive with my hands and I felt overall uncomfortable and it looked nothing like picture. So I sat with my nails that cost me alot of money for a night and called the next morning and he had treated me terribly and when I got them fixed next day he said he would never ever do a French tip nail on me because I was so picky (which it didn't even look like the photo) and he was so aggressive once again did a horrible job and still saw the white underneath my nails from the French tip on my new color and just did a horrible job over all. He made me feel so incredibly uncomfortable and like I wasn't even a customer I always tipped good and even tipped his young daughter who I had admired for helping her dad work at such a young age. Highly don't recommend. Especially if you're a teenager they will try and take advantage of you.

Fiona is very good at what she does but…read morebecause I I can only go every three weeks I was told if I can't keep up to stop getting my nails done. This week was my last straw. Fiona was on vacation so I let another person do my nails. I picked the an iridescent pink for my dip nails and matching regular color for my toes. . My toes looked great. My nails were matte, not the color I picked. I was unhappy and asked if we could at least add a design because it was so neutral. I was told I should have asked earlier. I left unhappy. The next morning, less than 24 hours later I had a chipped nail. Im headed out on a 3 week trip and needed a repair and wanted the color corrected. I called Fiona and after being chastised she agreed to have someone do the repair and put iridescent gel polish on top. You can see from the photo the difference before and after. I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there. They told me my polish will peel but I felt like I have no choice. For these reasons I will not be returning and lowered my previous review.
