I was contacted by someone at Anna Flowers recently who apologized for the mix-up and offered to send complimentary flowers. It's good to know that the misunderstanding was just that -- an exceptional mistake -- and that they have friendly and professional customer service to account for and resolve the occasional misstep. I have also heard that the recipients, as of yet unaware of the mess-up, were treated very warmly when they called the flower shop to inquire about proper treatment of the beautiful flowers, so kudos to them for treating their clients so respectfully. While I do wish I had been contacted prior to sending something completely different (especially since I checked the box that requested to be notified on such occasion), I am overall very pleased with the final product and the customer service, so I would feel confident in recommending Anna Flowers. read more

Anna Flowers provided the flowers for my beach wedding on April 27th, 2013 on Juno Beach. All of the flowers were beautiful and as fresh as you can get. I sent a picture of what I was looking for as my bridal bouquet to my contact there, and he replicatd it beautifully. I loved it. The bridesmaids bouquets were simple and qorgeous and perfect for my beach wedding. The folks at Anna's were very accomodating. I sent an email very last minute to them that I was thinking about adding flowers to my hair and he responded quickly that it was NO PROBLEM and that he would have some flowers added and wire them up so I could easily use them if needed. I called to order a glass bowl of red roses and the person who answered the phone was less than pleasant and couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I was very specific about what I wanted but what she sent was certainly not at all like what I described. I said NO greens, just red roses, and my niece received poor looking roses and some other awful looking flowers.. Not cheap either ! I will never use this company again. read more

Great Florist! I work with them professionally as a catering manager. I order flowers for them all the time for other people. When a friend of mine called and ordered me flowers for my birthday, they recognized my name and instead of delivering them home where she had requested, where they knew they would die in the heat, Karen delivered them to my office!! I decided to give this company another try being that they replaced my last arrangement from them that was dying the day they delivered it. Needless to saw my friend sent me photos of the arrangement and I was mortified. The arrangement looks nothing like the photo. It looks very tacky. Something I would have picked up at walmart. We were told by this store that it is a self proclaimed "high end" florist. The bouquet I ordered was a dozen assorted roses but must include purple roses and be delivered on Thursday. That day same and went. The followIng day a Walgreens style group of flowers arrived with no purple flowers. To top off the cheap product the card was signed MON and DAD. Is there anyone that can spell MOM? Would like my money back. There was nothing I asked for that was fulfilled. I ordered a wedding bouquet less than 48 hours before my wedding over the phone. (Long story.....) I still cannot believe not only how beautiful my flowers were when we picked them up (prettier than the picture) but 5 days later after being in and out of water plus in and out of the heat, they are still just as beautiful. This is my first review that I have written on yelp. I ordered flowers for my sister for her birthday and was specific on which flowers and colors I wanted, the flowers that were delivered were nothing of what I requested. I spoke to the manager ( who was quite rude) to deliver what I asked for. She had the audacity to call my sister that day and told her to leave the flowers outside so she could pick them up also she was quite rude to my sister. The manager never delivered was I asked for and I have called twice to speak to the owner and have yet to hear back. I live in Virginia. So if you are looking to have flowers delivered by this company good luck, I wouldn't waste my money. I live in Las Vegas and my mom lives in Jupiter, and I used Anna's Flowers in Jupiter to buy a Mother's Day floral arrangement for my mom. After visiting sites like FTD, ProFlowers, and Teleflora, I decided I might be better off dealing directly with a local florist over the phone. I picked Anna's Flowers based on Yelp reviews, and proximity to my mom's house. I called them at 8AM on Thursday morning, and said I wanted something tropical/contemporary for $100, and that it needed to arrive by noon on Sunday. They said they would get it done the same day! Within 4 hours the arrangement was delivered! My mother called me to say the arrangement was stunning, magnificent and huge. She thought it cost much more than I spent, which is always a good feeling. BTW my mother is choosy, and not shy about volunteering opinions good or bad. So when she is this enthused about something, it's not just being gracious -- it is that good. She is sending me a picture, and I will post it. Bottom line here is that Anna's Flowers in Jupiter goes above and beyond to give you more than your money's worth. You will not be disappointed. read more

I am a floral designer in New England and Roy and his talented and fabulous team of designers took me into their shop with open arms and helped make sure my flowers stayed cool and fabulous for my brides special day. My best friend was married in Jupiter 3 weeks ago. Although the flowers were done by our florist friend, Roy and the staff at Anna's Flowers went above and beyond to help out!! They even stayed late and helped Chris finish the job when they could have gone home when their day was done!! Their willingness to open the store for a complete stranger to do work; and then offer their own talents to help make every arrangement, bouquet, centerpiece, corsage and boutonnière perfect really proves their love and enthusiasm for floral design. Best of all, when we decided to add more flowers at the last minute, the selection at Anna's flowers met all of our exotic and hard to meet demands!! Lastly, a very cool fact! I give this florist a high rating. I randomly chose them as I needed flowers delivered to a local hospital in Jupiter, FL. My friend's Mom was in the hospice wing. The flowers arrived a day before she died and were absolutely gorgeous. The floral designer at Anna Flowers is superb and puts a lot of love, thought and artistry into every single arrangement. I would not use this place. I understand the substitution policy, and wholly agree, as if flowers are not available, due to out of season, etc. My issue, and it's a real issue, is that the picture of the bouquet I ordered on behalf of my granddaughter for her mom on Mother's Day, is that the picture of the order on the website and the actual flower delivery....the website picture had 3 times the flowers as to what was delivered. I wish I could figure out how to actually repost the website picture and the picture my granddaughter sent me of what was received....I guess it's the price you pay when you live states away and are dealing with websites, but this is what I am guessing a Christian run organization as they tell you to have a "blessed day." Anna Flowers ruined my wife's and my Valentine's Day. I went to Anna Flowers shop Monday the 13th of February at 1:PM and ordered flowers to be delivered by 5:PM to my wife's office on PGA Blvd. (2 exits South of the shop) paid cash and was assured that Anna Flowers delivers Business orders early in the day and they will be delivered. I left fully expecting my flowers to arrive. I had not heard from my wife saying she received anything , so at 5:PM I called Anna's shop after repeated recorded messages the phone was picked up and I found out that one of Anna's employees transferred the information from the written receipt (with the correct information) to the computer and transposed the delivery date from the 14th to the 16th???? Makes no sense to me. However I was told that Anna's flowers will make an arrangement and send it to my house? Defeating the whole purpose of surprising my wife of 26 years, I asked them to send it to my wife's empty office and I will tell her I will be late picking her up for dinner. The arrangement was delivered to the entry door, their driver called my wife to have her come down and pick up her flowers at Security! So much for a romantic surprise. My suggestion to all: Save money and your sanity use 1-800-Flowers, Pro-Flowers or grow your own, but stay away from Anna Flowers. Our 30th year (we dated a few years) of Valentine Days and this one was the worst, Thank you Anna and your staff.... PS: They showed no remorse or concern. read more

I used this florist because I wanted to support local/family owned business. They delivered a sloppy cheap arrangement that was nothing like what I ordered! Wouldn't have been a big deal if it still looked good. But the colors they put together didn't even match or compliment one another. Roy was unapologetic after the fact and said they didn't have the flowers I ordered because it was a couple of days before a holiday and he had to fill a lot of other orders. Not a good excuse as they should have disclosed that when I placed my order. I spent more than enough $ for a decent arrangement. I just wanted something that looked nice. I will never use them again! Just like the other review on this list...they said the same thing to us about having our loved ones place the first 'wrong' flower order back at the door for pick-up so they could "resell" them to another customer. Avoid this place!!! I base a lot of my vacations and purchases off of reviews. Therefore I greatly appreciate when people take the time to write them. My experience with Anna s flowers was so bad, that this will officially be my first review ever written, in an effort for people to not make the same mistake as me. Unfortunately I don t have the option of giving zero stars, so by default they get one. I ordered a $50 dollar bouquet online, and when I went to the store to pick it up I was appalled by what I received. The bouquet was so pathetic that I was actually too embarrassed to give it to my girlfriend. The vase was completely different from the one I had ordered. The quality and quantity of the flowers was obviously not even close. Most embarrassing of all was the miniscule size of the arrangement. The towering image on the internet turned out to be the size of a coffee mug. So here it is my first ever BEWARE!!!! read more
