I agreed it was small but couldn't tell him. I told him how wonderful it was and I loved it. he wanted to call and complain and I asked him not to. I loved it is what I mentioned to him. Morning of the 2nd day both of the large beautiful sin flowers were wilted. When removed they were wired, an indication the flower was starting to wilt. Arrangement is now slimmer. I texted owner on 26th, which now had more wilted flowers . 4 of the expensive kind: dead. No reply: by Friday 4 days later the arrangement was far gone. I am told Lynne, the owner, is not in. She can call me on Monday . No call Monday or Tuesday . When I called again : the employee, I'm sure by direction of Lynne: told me: "we cannot control MOTHER NATURE!!!! woah... no taking responsibility!!!!! at all!! I didn't give up and she offered a lower cost arrangement. I insisted on getting what my bro ordered. Tuesday 7/2 received a beautiful over the top arrangement. was told they were all fresh flowers that just came in. After 5 pm delivery. Prior to 8am on the 3rd, less than 24 hours! The two "new" sunflowers were wilted over on the side. When I took them out, they were wired. I sent the photos to the owner. No response. By the third day of the new arrangement, many of the flowers were dead. I sent photos to the owner. She told me they were brand @new flowers that were delivered same day" Not only didn't take responsibility, said we were "not a good fit" LOL. I have ordered flowers over many of the past decades. I have never seen anything like this. I owned a real estate company in town from 1987 to 2018. Never, ever if there was a mistake made would I blame my client or customer. What baffles me is if you look up her reviews many of the first reviews are a five star review. Not sure when they were posted. When was posted seven years ago. Other reviews are a one Exactly like my story Except unfortunately, they were brides that was screwed Should you wish dated and time stamped photos of the flowers? This was one of the most disrespectful and uncomfortable customer service experiences I've had in a…read morelong time. From the moment I walked in, it was clear I was not welcome. The staff member acted annoyed by my presence, offered no genuine help, and very quickly began speaking to me in a condescending and dismissive manner. When I asked reasonable questions about the pricing -- which was extremely high -- I was treated as if I couldn't afford it and as if my questions were a waste of her time. If you're going to charge luxury prices, you should be able to explain the value behind them. I work with a wide range of clients, including high-profile individuals, and I understand premium pricing very well. What I don't accept is being talked down to or made to feel inferior for wanting clarity. Instead of professionalism, I got attitude, judgment, and blatant disrespect. The interaction was so uncomfortable that it made me seriously question whether I was being profiled based on my appearance or the color of my skin. I can't prove intent, but the treatment was undeniably dismissive and degrading -- something no customer should ever experience. This business clearly does not value all customers equally. If you don't fit whatever image they've decided is "worth their time," expect to be rushed, judged, and disrespected. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to take their money elsewhere.
