Vince facilitated several visits and even accompanied us to most. I did not feel pressured at all although we wanted to make a decision within a week. Due to a prior experience it was important to me that I did not leave my contact information at all these facilities. I did not want them calling me. Vince was very respectful of this request and let the facility know prior to my arrival. He seems to know the community and does a good job at staying in contact with sales agents. In the end with his assistance we found the right place! My mom is happy so far 3 weeks in and he is still in contact with us. When we needed to move furniture he even volunteered to help my husband with the move!! We highly recommend Vince. He did a wonderful job at a difficult time for us.
