I was a client of one of their tax preparers for over 10 years. She then left to start her own business - as she is an ethical person, she did not take any of her client files with her. I decided to continue to be her client instead of Personalized Business Service's, but we needed a copy of my depreciation schedule for my business. This had to be gotten from Personalized. When I contacted them, they told me it would cost $10! For what is essentially a 1-page photocopy! Outrageous. This is how they treat their former clients.
