I was told in a very rushed manner to call back after the April tax filing deadline after I had initially made contact with a female representative here. I even explained what I needed assistance with. Well, I called back after that time hoping to secure an appointment for the same reason, and then I was told by the same female subject that no assistance would be provided to me. I was instead advised to consult with a tax attorney. At the last minute, I ended up calling a 75+ year-old tax prep who used to do my family's taxes in EAST LOS ANGELES decades ago (who still sees clients in his home), and he knew exactly which form I was referring to. The gentleman literally walked me through the F.T.B. form in less than 10 minutes. He even invited me to send SMS pictures so he could review my work... at no cost. What a glaring difference.

Until she was supposed to do my 2021 taxes, she asked me if she could asked for extension on filing. Until this past October, she did not file my tax on time. I ended up having to use another CPA and paid late fees to the IRS. I left at least 3-4 voicemails and 5 follow up emails. She never called me back or replied to my email to let me know what was going on. It shows a lot that she has 0 care for her clients. It would be nice to at least email me that she couldn't do my tax. But she was just gone and missing in action. Plus I just got a letter from IRS penalties of $1680. Be careful with this service

I sent clients her way in that time period as well. Unfortunately, Karin doesn't take time to review all the information provided and leaves a lot for her staff to do. She ultimately doesn't see the big picture which creates issues in the long run. She has made several mistakes on my taxes that my financial advisor found, did not follow up on missing info, ignored information provided and made decisions that were quite unethical without discussing first which we did not agreed to. It seems like the only thing she cares about is making a buck with no regard for her customers. Outside of being unethical, not service oriented at all, her ego is so huge that you are not allowed to question her or she gets really testy and actually allows herself to raise her voice as well. Do not trust her with something as important as your financial well being and safety.

Working with her has been a pleasure and I feel like any questions I ever got regarding taxes/ finances I always got a good detailed answer. She cares and she is truly knowledgable! I've had bad experience before when I was in a need to find an accountant. A lady came to my office and tried to up sell for two hours. She looked at my papers and finances through the last year and asked me how much can I pay to her? I am like - you are an accountant, you tell me! And then she tried to start with a retainer that was many thousands of dollars! I was at no position to pay that. No thanks, you just ignored my bank statements ;) Sirinart is the Professional I wanted to find. I never feel pushed, worried or afraid. Any issue goes smoothly with her and I'm thankful for all the hard work, attention to details and care she has put in my finances. Thank you Sirinart!
