Kayla was…read morevery helpful in setting things up, and we were both very happy with our new phones ... but the happiness ended there. I experienced problems logging into our account, getting an error message that the website did not recognize me. I spent over 1 hour with support, difficult to understand due to the heavy foreign accent. Eventually, we were able to access our account. When I attempted to log in later in the day, I encountered the same problem of their website not recognizing me, despite using the phone number. Out of absolute frustration, I drove to the Vacaville Verizon store on East Monte Vista. I checked in, and waited. A young man carrying a electronic clipboard came to me asking my name, and what the issue was. I explained the log-in issue, and my experience with Verizon support. He told me that there was NO ONE at their office who could help me. When I explained my frustration, and the fact I had been with Verizon support already, and that I was ready (after only one day of service) to go back to ATT, he merely just walked away. Frustrated by the obvious lack of caring, I left the store. We will visit ATT this week and undo our mistake of putting our trust into Verizon.

My technician, Sean, arrived on time and greeted my mom, who was accompanied by my brother. Sean was extremely professional and clearly knew what he was doing from start to finish as I was watching my security footage. With that, he also brought in another technician, I believe, for training. This shows that Fast Action Pest Control is going in the right direction, treating their customers with care based on their concerns and needs regarding pests, and needs more professional techs to service a growing population. Sean took the time to do a detailed inspection of mom's home, explained what he found, and walked my brother through the treatment plan step by step, and passed the message along to me for when I return back. He was very patient in answering my questions that I passed along to my brother to ask whoever came to visit, and made sure I and family understood how the treatment works and what to expect afterward. He was respectful of my mom's home, worked efficiently, and paid attention to areas that are often overlooked. What really stood out was Sean's professionalism and communication. He didn't rush the job and made sure everything was handled thoroughly and safely. Compared to Brooks Pest Control, I didn't even ask whether that was standard for Brooks to finish in under 7 minutes. Sean "Fast Action Pest Control" service gave me peace of mind knowing my mom's home is properly protected. I highly recommend Sean and Fast Action Pest Control to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality pest control service. Thank you! Kinda nervous this spring on what pesky bugs will wake up when the temperatures will slowly warm up and wake them up. Right now, the backyard chickens are a great pest control to keep the roaches at bay, minus some rodents trying to steal some eggs. Pros: -Forms of payment still don't accept American Express, but I won't deduct a star from that. Cons: -None at the moment, for being a returning customer for 3+years, would be nice if there's some way of a discount for continued service. I'll wait another 1-2 years if there isn't some incentive for me to stay; otherwise, I may cancel as other cost of living necessities are rising. And having pest services is a luxury, and not a necessity to survive. With that said, my backyard chickens are doing a great job keeping the roaches at bay, and I can just provide my own bait trap to keep the rats away rather than paying $89 bi monthly. For almost $600/year, that's a lot of money. I'd rather cut my bill in half! I see some google reviews that others are paying $40 bi monthly, and here I am paying double.
