She said that EFT Tapping had helped her a lot, and that it might be more accessible, since once you learn the technique you can do it on your own without a therapist. In a few sessions, Kirsten helped me to completely overcome issues that I'm sure would have taken me many years to overcome in traditional talk therapy. Kirsten is a gifted healer with a compassionate heart and open mind. She listens carefully and is able to craft uniquely perfect individual tapping sessions. I have not only found EFT Tapping to be helpful recently, but I'm sure that it will be a tool that I can carry forward in the future. I feel very fortunate and blessed to have found Kirsten.

Kirsten is so supportive and gentle in her approach and she really studies the techniques she uses to gently lead you through and past your traumas so you can get more clear about what you really want in life. I have done so much therapy in my life. But Kirsten helped me clear traumas from my past in a relatively short period of time. Now she teaches Kundalini Yoga and that allows me to continue on my path of self-love. When I first started working with her ADD was really holding me back - I was taking medication for it. Now that I have cleared so much trauma I can literally think clearly and stay on task better. I don't have so much distracting chatter in my head. Abbie

First, I will say, Denise is a highly skilled, intuitive, kind, and talented hypnotherapist. My…read moresessions with her are always wonderful and I feel at ease and safe in her presence whether online or in person, which I am so grateful for. I just finished my third session with Denise and once again, my life is changed. Each session, I've targeted a different issue and I've seen incredible transformation as a result of every one. My first session, I targeted an intense, decade long issue around sexual trauma. The changes that took place were unexpected but so profound. I truly needed the help of my unconscious mind to reach new solutions that my conscious mind had been spinning its wheels over. My second session was around money issues. Since that session, I have already seen changes in both my bank account and prospective opportunities in both of my businesses. The most notable difference with this one has been my mindset. And I could go on and on! This last session, I targeted my relationship with food and even just 10 minutes after the session as I write this, I FEEL SO DIFFERENT! I feel lighter and so relieved that this issue is no longer weighing me down. And just like Denise informs me, it can take a few days to integrate the changes. Now that I have some experience with these sessions, I know this to be so true and I'm looking forward to the fascinating part of watching as life shows me the results of todays session. Thank you, Denise for your support, your loving heart and for saying yes to this path that is creating so much healing.

Her insight into the deeper issues and her ability to see between the lines has helped us to get more clear on the root causes of my discomfort. A few days after our first session I noticed that I hadn't even realized that I was feeling better. The post surgical pain associated with bladder cancer was very intense and distracting. After one session the pain was gone! I was so used to having discomfort every day, but in it's absence I was able to focus on other things, and was so much happier in general! I've had several more sessions since, and each time is a little different, but always magical and mind-blowing! Do yourself a huge favor and see Denise!

No showers so plan accordingly unless you enjoy marinating in 90+ degree hot Pilates after. Classes are packed, community is strong, lots of events, and the infrared heat is elite. Ella did not come to play... class went to the very last minute and absolutely delivered. Location is clutch downtown, easy to grab a coffee after or linger and pretend you're cooling down while catching up with a friend. The "changing room" situation is basically a tiny partition so I waited it out and took over the bathroom once people cleared. Love that they now have two locations, Davis and Sacramento, so clearly they're doing something right. Would I come back? Yeah... but not being on ClassPass feels like a missed opportunity, especially in a town with a steady mix of students, short-term stays, and people studio-hopping to find their spot. Being on the app would bring in a consistent flow of people trying classes who could turn into regulars once they find a place they click with... plus it makes it easy for visitors and in-between-membership folks to still show up. I'd definitely be here more often.

Once you're in, it's giving classic 26 & 2 (Bikram) energy. Hot, quiet, get-down-to-business. No music, no fluff, no pretending this is a spa day. This is a sweat situation. Small studio, cubbies, changing rooms, quick rinse shower... like a bird bath but make it functional. Owner's been holding it down for 20+ years which is kinda wild and honestly respect. Started a little standoffish, then warmed up and ended up being great with cues. Full circle moment. Only tiny thing -- you will hear the mechanics downstairs living their best loud lives while you're trying to find inner peace. Names being yelled, music, the whole thing. If you need silence, you'll notice. If you're here to melt, you won't care. Not bougie, not corporate, slightly awkward, very effective. I left drenched and weirdly loved it. Would absolutely be back. *Booked easily on the class pass app , zero issues . Mat / towel rentals available . Waters and coconut waters for sale .
